Great experience! We had fun traveling in the bus and experiencing the fun guided hike through Caminito del Rey. Hike was much easier than I expected! Message the company to see what time your bus stop is because we got there 45 minutes early!
Thank you for your review. We are happy to know you liked the tour. Regarding the pickup time, we send all our clients their pickup location and pickup time by message.
We had a lovely time walking the Caminito. The Malaga pick-up and return was on time, the whole trip went by smoothly. We’re thankful to our bus guide Gael and the lovely Caminito guide Pablo, who led the English group. The walk was always in the right pace, with plenty of stops and little stories about Spain. Would definitely do this again!
Thank you for your feedback. this helps us to improve our service. We are very glad to know you loved our tour.
Bus was 45 minutes late. Bus seats irreparably broken (3 of the first 4 we tried). Driver was the only good part of the trip. Guide did not care at all about broken seats. Guide was rude and self absorbed. Hike is 6.5 miles long and with a group of 52 it was way too many people. Check my reviews. I have never given this low of a rating ever. Would book with another Tour Provider.
We are very sorry that you found the tour so disappointing. The garage has informed us that the seats were indeed broken, which we were unaware of. El Caminito is the most popular attraction in Málaga, on the other hand our buses carry 55 passengers, but the guided tour is limited to a maximum of 30 passengers per guide.
A fantastic tour with the most pleasant guide, Gaël. He was good at keeping a comfortable pace, where everyone could be involved and informed well throughout the trip. I can only recommend this tour, with the guide Gaël. Thank you.
Thank you for your review. We're so glad our customers are satisfied, and it helps us keep improving. Gael is a great guide.
The views were spectacular. A little bit of a hike so bring comfortable shoes. The tour even made accommodations to pick us up near our resort which wasn't on the stop list.
Thank you very much for your review. We're glad you liked it. We do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied.
the trip was canceled (without giving any reason) the same day as money were deducted, at the moment waiting for refund
We’re really sorry, but due to a technical glitch we were unable to accept any further bookings. On the days we had availability, customers were unable to book. We tried everything we could to find you tickets and transport, but it proved impossible
The Caminito is a great day out, and made easy with a guide (Michelle is brilliant and also Maria who took us on the walk)
Thank you for your kind review. It's the little things like that that help us keep improving.
Great trip. Book early to ensure a place. The walk moved at a fast pace due to the volume of people, so there wasn’t much time to stop and take in the views.
Thanks for your review. As soon as the weather gets nice, everyone wants to visit the Caminito
Each one was addressed - pick-up location, language of the tour. Sound and entertaining information, very pleasant bus ride.

Booked a trip with this company through Booking.com, which included a requested hotel pick up location. Was notified 12 hours before the trip that they do not travel to the requested hotel or area (within Malaga), offering only a pickup spot a half hour away. The company was prompt in responding to my concern, however, despite providing evidence (screen shots) of what I selected through Booking.com, the company was adamant they do not offer this option. Ultimately, I needed to cancel due to the pickup location simply not being feasible, and was out the full amount paid (close to €200), as it was less than 24 hours before the trip. I believe the company provides (or provided) multiple options to book the same trip - perhaps the hotel booking option was an error that they tried to correct with subsequent releases and neglected to delete the original software (my speculation only); regardless, I have documented screen shots and video of my “user experience“ which the company refused to acknowledge.
All customers who book through Viator or any other platform have no trouble receiving our welcome messages and details of the pick-up point and time. The problem is that when booking through Booking.com, customers either do not receive the messages or do not read them. If Booking.com informs them that we collect from certain hotels in Málaga and we do not, it is not our fault. We usually offer customers various options and easy cancellation. In Málaga, we have only one pick-up point for all tours, which is Avda de Andalucía 10. This is stated on the platform and in all messages sent to our customers. I think you should make a complaint with the platform where you made the booking.
