I was extremely dis-satisfied by Alhambra - Guided Tour (April 15, 2026). Travelling all the way to Granada in the morning, I had a tour guide who hardly could speak in English, and more importantly had hardly anything interesting to share about Alhambra. After 20 min, I lost my radio connection to the tour guide (technical issue), and got separated from the tour - the guide even did not bother to look for me (apparently did not count number of people in their group). Moreover, I found the ticket that I paid for (89.99 euros) cost only 50 euros based on the printed copy of the ticket that I received from the tour guide -while at the entrance door it was 24 euros!!! I was told that my ticket had many more places to see with Granada card, but I never received one! Stay away from MY TOP TOUR! Even the Alhambra's staff told me they are not good. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKET THAT SAYS NASRID PALACE OPTIONAL. You end up traveling all the way to Granada and Alhambra just to see the GeneraLife garden, a 20th century garden. The main place to see is Nasrid Palace.
A very complete and pleasant tour, Carmen, the guide, very attentive and explains things that days after having been in Granada we did not know. Worth it!!

We did the guided tour of the Alhambra with Jesus. We really enjoyed the experience and the tour, but above all the explanations of the guide! We recommend the tour and recommend Jesus!

Very interesting. Our guide was Fernando and we found him an excellent guide. We think he knows a lot and communicates very well. I really liked all the general historical context that he gave throughout the tour and also managed to keep the children motivated, also doing it in a relaxed way so that it was not very tiring. Thank you.

We didn't hear most of the details because the guide had a faulty microphone. This was a walk through free access areas and we were purely paying for a guide who was not of much help. Overpaid hence. Will not recommend.
