Covered a lot in one day. Our guide, Jung, was fantastic. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We have the best time. Worth every penny and more.

5-star service with pickup wherever you want. Choose your hotel bc Seoul traffic is brutal, and this step saved me a headache. Our guide, Vicky, was excellent, informative, prepared, and Alicia was in contact ahead of time with dietary questions. Lunch is included, so it’s important to get back to them on that. The tour is all day, so wear good shoes. We didn’t do the hanbok rental, but tbh, with the admission ticket included in the tour for the palace, it saved time and headache as well. But we will go back and do that later! My daughter loved the Nsmsan tour more than the palace, so staying energetic and hydrated till the end was important to us. I left my credit card in Gwangjang market and the driver would have taken me back if it wasn’t rush hour, but Vicky helped me get a taxi right back to the area, and of course, in Korea, my credit card was wrapped beautifully in my receipt exactly where I left it with the cashier. Today was long, but not tiring because the organization was perfect, on time, and beyond my expectations. Must do and ask for Vicky!

Our day tour with Song was delightful from start to finish. She perfectly balanced structured sightseeing with independent time, all while keeping us laughing with humor and lighthearted energy. We started at a Hanbok rental shop, where Song was so encouraging and helpful as we picked out our outfits. It made visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace and watching the changing of the guard ceremony feel special. Song took wonderful photos of us at the palace that we will cherish forever! She then gave us time to stroll through Bukchon Hanok Village on our own before we took the cable car up to N Seoul Tower for breathtaking views. A major highlight of the day was lunch at Gwangjang Market, where Song introduced us to the best gimbap and crispy mung bean cakes we’ve ever tasted! We wrapped up the afternoon with a peaceful visit to Jogyesa Temple and a lovely green tea ceremony on Insadong Art Street. Song’s warmth, organization, and cheerful personality made our day completely stress-free and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

This is my first time in korea with my family, and our tour guide, Haidi, gave us a unique and wonderful experience. We visited multiple locations that immersed us in Korean heritage and culture. Haidi was professional, punctual, informative and made me feel like family.

This tour is worth every cent you paid for. I recommend this tour for those who are first timers in Seoul especially those who have limited number of days to spend. The guide, Jung , is awesome and so good with her job!!!

Christine and Young are an amazing tour guide duo! Christine helped us customize a Seoul highlights tour for our family of 4 (two adults and two older teens) in this extreme summer heat. She was very accommodating of our special requests regarding sites we wanted to see (and not) as well as dietary restrictions she helped us navigate. Christine was not only very knowledgeable but also very fun to spend the day with. One of the most convenient parts of the trip was that Young always had the van cooled and ready for us whenever we were done at a tour stop. Together, they made our day very enjoyable and comfortable in the heat. We learned a lot and felt satisfied with everything we saw and experienced. Highly recommend!
