My Family and I recently toured Pompeii. I requested Frankie once we arrived at Pompeii. Frankie's knowledge and sense of humor was awesome! We "Follow Frankie" through Pompeii with no problems. He is so kind and courteous. My 3 adult sons especially enjoyed his quotes. "Mama Mia Frankie" you're the Best. Much Love for Frankie from Jim, Suzi, Tanner&Gabby, Sulley, Grayden.

Wear comfortable shoes and take water. Frankie our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Take the morning tour if you go in the summer.

Toilets - at start of tour we were told toilets were in a restaurant on left after we got off bus only to be asked to pay €1 in coin into machine. No issue with paying but had no cash. No toilet break during 2 hour tour either until the end

This is a fabulous tour. Very professional, welcoming and friendly. Angelo was our guide and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and he really helped make the history come alive. Highly recommend this tour.

Started off with the driver not communicating with us, 30 minutes late, and when we called you could clearly tell he was upset. When we showed up he was on the phone yelling at someone. He finally loaded us up while we was still in the phone arguing with someone. We left late for our tour. Then once we reached Pompeii the tour guide was more interested in jumping from shaded area to shaded area without showing us any artifacts. It was cut short. We decided to explore on our own and the guide showed us 15% of Pompeii. We spent 3 more hours on our own exploring and seeing so much more Pompeii had to offer. Very disappointed when we were looking forward to such an amazing experience. And just to add to the frustration - our ear piece died at the beginning of the tour and we were unable to hear what little was being explained. The guide did not have any extras.

Wear comfortable and supportive walking shoes. You will be walking on uneven stones, marble, tiles, etc. The driver and tour guide were both friendly. The guide was very knowledgeable. Pompeii covers a huge area so don’t expect to see it all in one tour. Our guide did a good job of helping our small group imagine what life was like in Pompeii before it was destroyed.

Booked last minute and so glad we did. Angelo was lovely and made the tour fun and informative. As a volcanologist he had so much interesting information

Had an amazing day doing this tour. Our guide Frankie was an absolute pleasure to have, he was knowledgeable, observant and considerate of a guest that was having mobility issues and best of all he was funny. It was about 2 hours of walking and a lot of uneven roads/sidewalks/paths, etc so please be aware before booking. But I would give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone. If you’re lucky enough to have Frankie as your guide, you’ll have an even more enjoyable day.

Great experience. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. He made it pleasant and interesting. It wasn't too long either which I was appreciative of, as this place is big and there is no way to see it all in just a few hours. For us it was enough.

Very interesting tour. Got to know lots about Pompei and our guide Franky was awesome! He taught us about the place with lots of humour. Definitely book the tour with him!
