- En raison du Jubilé 2025 et de ses Cérémonies, la Cathédrale pourrait ne pas être ouverte aux visiteurs ou ne pourrait être visitée que partiellement, et le guide devra faire son explication de l'extérieur, ainsi que le dimanche matin.

A very nice and enthusiastic guide with lots of humor. Nice stories about Pisa and the buildings. English is very good. Apparently I was the only one who booked the winetasting and the guide also left me in the restaurant with my 3 glasses of wine and cheeses. Those were tasty but this is not really a cozy winetasting.

The tour guide was very energetic. We were a group of 5 and 4 out of 5 thought she was very good. But that kinda energy could rub some people the wrong way. The wine was adequate. The servings were big enough but the wine didn't suit any of is 5 people's palette. The establishment where they served the wine was pretty bad. No one spoke any English so no introduction to the wine, and the server spilled wine all over the table and on one of us.

Regarding the wine tasting, we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. All the wines selected for this experience are DOCG-certified — Italy’s highest wine classification — and chosen to showcase the best of Tuscan tradition. That said, we fully understand that personal preferences play a significant role, and we respect that these particular wines may not have suited your tastes. We were also surprised by your comment about the language barrier. The wine bar works exclusively with international visitors, and all staff members speak English fluently. We personally reconfirmed this with the venue. Additionally, every table is provided with a placemat explaining the wines served, designed specifically to ensure all guests have access to the relevant information. We’re currently reviewing with the staff how your group may not have received these materials, and we sincerely apologise if this part of the experience fell short. Lastly, in regard to the wine being accidentally spilled: we truly regret that this happened and apologise for the inconvenience. — we were a bit surprised to see this framed as a major incident. A waiter made a mistake and spilled a bit of wine. It happens. We’re all human, and we all make mistakes — just like anyone else. If this small hiccup truly impacted your entire experience, we apologise again also on behalf of the waiter. We thank you again for sharing your thoughts. The guide in Pisa was great, however in the wine tasting was not the same because the guide who was someone else left us alone in the wine tasting. I guess there should be someone to teach us this art.

Dicho esto, el tour incluye tres experiencias distintas: la visita guiada, el acceso a la Torre de Pisa y la cata de vinos. Si la visita fue “estupenda” —como ustedes mismos mencionan— y el resto del tour transcurrió correctamente, creemos que una valoración de una sola estrella no refleja de manera justa el conjunto de la experiencia vivida. Una estrella suele indicar un fallo total, y en este caso, nos parece una valoración desproporcionada. Agradecemos igualmente el tiempo que se han tomado para darnos su opinión. INCREDIBLE! Our tour guide was awesome. She had so much information, moved at a good pace for the group, and she was easy to understand. We got to see the Duomo di Pisa church before going up in the Tower of Pisa. This is one of the most amazing churches I've ever entered. The artwork is worthy of a museum. We could've just stopped after that ended. Then we got to go up in the Leaning Tower. What a wonder! I counted 257 steps to the top. The walk is tight, the marble is a little slick, and there are no handrails. It's NOT for the faint of heart, those out of shape, and those with walking difficulties. And there is 0% chance to go if you're in a wheelchair. Once you're up there, though, the 360 degree view is spectacular. After out climb, the guide walked up over to a restaurant for our wine tasting. It was just 4 of us for this part, and it was worth it. We sampled (full-size pours, mind you) 3 red wines and enjoyed cheeses and bread appetizers to pair with the wines.

Tour guide was easy to understand & very helpful answering all questions. Everyone in the group was pleased. The wine tasting was a bit disappointing. The server just put the wines in the table and we were left to read the placemat to get any information about the wine & pairing with food.

The tour guide was great and super informative. The guide didn’t come up the tower with us which was a real shame. The wine tasting was pretty average.

Her guide was very clever and sweet. We were inside the cathedral and up in the twisted tower. Nice view from there and easy to get up! The wine tasting was not good, no info about the wines or anything from the staff who worked there. Seems it was expensive compared to what you got

The whole tour was very nice. Andrea is well versed in the history of the area, she is not rushed, and funny. I recommend the whole tour to anyone who want to learn about pisa plaza and not only look at buildings.
