Description

Rain coming down. We were met and offered a reschedule if we wanted. An email had been sent earlier as well, but I hadn’t checked. A very nice offer, but we were prepared for the weather and my grandson was excited to see all the animals. The goats were great: friendly and hungry. Henry was our favorite. Then on to the Alpacas, how wonderful they are: sweet, inquisitive and happy to stand while a 6YO held on to them. I think Honey was his favorite, my daughter liked S’mores. Then the Llamas, we learned so much and had a delightful time. We bought items that were directly from named alpacas, a very personal touch.
We all loved interaction with the animals and feeding them the information we learned and our guide was very knowledgeable
Nice premises. Beautiful grounds. Animals well cared for. Lovely products in the store. Knowledgeable owner/farmer. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly
Lilymoore Farm is a great way to experience llama and alpaca up close. Feeding some of the animals was also fun. And there was a nice assortment of animals to see. I suggest you make it clear on your website that the tour will be a challenge for those with ambulatory needs and challenges. A walker, cane or wheelchair cannot easily navigate the terrain.
We had a blast on our guided alpaca and llama farm tour! The tour guide was incredible and informative, as well as kind. We were happy to see that there were other animals on the farm (no spoilers). Just a truly lovely day. This is kid-friendly--there was a young child (maybe a few months old) on the tour.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Lilymoore Alpaca and Llama Farm. Our tour guide Liz made it fun, educational, and enlightening. It was especially exciting for the children to have the opportunity to pet and feed the animals by hand. In addition to llamas and alpacas, the farm also has a couple horses, goats, chickens, roosters, pigeons, ducks, geese and a pig. I highly recommend visiting this farm. We're planning on returning next year to participate in a llama/alpaca trek!
Great Alpaca tour. The kids enjoyed interacting with the animals by letting and feeding. Knowledgeable guide. Had a chance to see many other animals including horses, goats, pig and rosters. Had a lovely gift shop with alpaca hand made items. Would recommend.
What a wonderful tour! Such a caring owner who is helping so many animals beyond alpacas. The alpacas are still my favorite 😍
The farm is lovely and the staff was exceptional. Diana, the owner and host of our tour, took such pleasure telling us about all the animals on the farm. She was very gracious letting us feed and pet the animals. Leslie, who assisted her with the photos, was very sweet and personable as well. The farms has alpacas, llamas, sheep, goats, chickens, pigeons and a lot belly pig. I highly recommend visiting the farm.
My wife and I had a wonderful time! It was great seeing the passion and care of these and other beautiful animals on the farm. Very well taken care of! The owner and her young helper were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back sometime again! Kenny & Marilyn
