Awesome; was great to book this tour with peace of mind and good communication. The whole experience was ace! We wanted to change from under the stars to on site room last minute and they made the switch with no issues and provided spare sheets for me and my friend. Om was great
Really very happy about this taxi service in Jaisalmer they are very helpful guy in Jaisalmer and they have good experience about City tour and desert tour so we not need guide to explain us they are very helpful guy
I had an amazing experience of the golden city Jaiselmer thanks to Mr Om Ji. Good english speaker and very knowledgeable of everything in and around Jaiselmer. His taxi service is safe, reliable and flexible. I can highly recommend using his services if you would like an unforgettable experience.
I returned back into Jaisalmer city from a desert tour, checked into my hotel, and Prakash's driver came to pick me up at the hotel. His English wasn't great, which normally isn't an issue, but when he dropped me at the old fort and said "go into fort," I was taken aback. The listing says "Jaisalmer Sightseeing Tour" - which implies there's. a tour. There is not. There is a car, which is helpful. By the way, you don't need a service to set up a car. You can Uber VERY easily in India without need for a private car and for much cheaper. I texted the tour company and Prakash arranged a tour guide on very short notice - Om Shanti - who was very friendly and welcoming. He gave me a very in depth history on the fort and the area and also escorted me to Gadisar Lake (which was really not worth seeing). Shanti did make a few odd comments about his distaste for certain ethnic groups in the area and also saying Chinese people eat dogs (just unnecessary).
I signed up from the hotel I was staying at and went there alone, but it was a lively party with about 15 tourists from all over. Experience camel riding, sunset, local dance and musical instruments, dinner, sleep on desert sand, sunrise, breakfast and more. The Jaisalmer Tourist Taxi driver who picked me up and dropped me off was also very service-minded and even took me around Palace as a bonus at the end. Finally, it's really cold to sleep in the desert, even though two blankets are provided, so it's better to stay warm. People with dust allergies can also get rhinitis from the sand, so be careful.
The driver was great with us, he spoke very good English which allowed us to communicate perfectly with him..very friendly, thanks to him the trip was great.. I strongly advise this driver
I traveled with my wife and 3yr old kid. This is the best tour operator i had ever seen . The driver they alloted us was very much knowledgeable and had a very good communication skill, They treated tourist as part of their family . Am basically a south indian from Tirunelveli,Tamilnadu but I didn't face any kind of Language problem bcoz of the fine management and multilingual driver. Over all the experience is excellent and this Jailsalmer visit wil b always close to my heart and remembered for many years. I referred this travels to my frens, hope to travel again soon or earlier in the golden sands of Thar.
I plan well in advance and got in touch with Om Prakash through Tripadvisor reviews. He was very professional and clear in his communications. I took his taxi with Bhakar Ram, the seasoned driver for three days on a long tour of Barmer, Ranakpur, Udaipur, Kumbalgarh and Jodhpur. The tariff was reasonable and I had a totally enjoyable trip of Rajasthan and thank Om Prakash for giving me a wonderful driver in Bhakar, fluent in English and a warm person. En route Barmer we had to pass through Bhakar's village and I admit that I had one of the best lunches in Rajasthan at his home with Bajra roti dipped in desi ghee, sabzi and dahi. Om Prakash was checking often about my comfort during the trip and it was clear that he was very involved in the safety and happiness of his clients. In fact, he even refused to take any advance from me for this long trip. It is people like Om Prakash and Bhakar who carry the torch of tourism. Truly humble and warm people. Just to know you are in safe hands at a far off place is greatly reassuring. I really feel this agency deserves a higher ranking.
