⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing customer service. I booked a tour with this company and unfortunately lost my camera in one of the cenotes. At first, they offered to help bring the camera back with one of their next tours if it was recovered. The cenote staff then gave me the contact information of a diver and told me to speak with him directly, so I simply followed their instructions. After I contacted the diver, the company suddenly withdrew its previous offer to help transport the camera, saying that everything now had to be handled directly with the cenote and diver. I never asked the company to take responsibility for losing my camera or for the recovery itself. I was only asking them to honor the simple help they had already offered—bringing it back with a tour that was going to the same cenote anyway. What disappointed me most was how quickly their willingness to help disappeared. It left me with the impression that customer service and helping tourists only goes so far when there is no additional payment involved. A good tour company should not only care about customers while they are paying for the tour, but also show some goodwill when something unexpected happens. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of the company. I expected much better customer service and would think twice before booking with them again.
Pick up on time and transfer to big coach seamless It’s a very long way on the coach at least 3 hours but Robert, Christian and team kept us entertained and informed on the Mayan culture Chichen Itzá was awesome and our guide amazing - it’s a must see The Cenote was also unbelievable (not cold!) and like watching TV All in all an amazing day but it did last 15 hours so be prepared
José Luis, Charlie, and Reynaldo were all an awesome team. Tour is long but one of the best ways to see a bit of everything. We started in the City of Valladolid, then over to gift shop/lunch, followed by Chichen Itza, and then Cenote Saamal. This was our first time in Cancun so having a tour like this made it easy for us to move around, and with the plus package, it came in handy. Overall I would recommend this tour!
Absolutely amazing! If you're interested in history, knowledge and learning a different perspective than just the European tapes we've been told, this is the tour for you. Guides we excellent and flooded us with info on Mayan history, culture, customs, and modern day happenings. The cenote was a lovely soak and the Mayan descendants, Mexican peoples, and all the staff & vendors at different establishments were fantastic!
If you can skip Yaxkin. We stayed halfway down there trying to get you a bunch of shopping. On the go and go TB guides always trying to sell something. And the main attraction we stayed short and did not appreciate the way we wanted. There are other tours that do the Cenote and Chichen Itka alone, and it gets excellent
Great Trip! One Recommendation - more time at Cenote is needed. So maybe 15 min for lunch and Chichen Itza can be taken and added to cenote. Also, 13 hour trip - we got home at 8:30 PM and left at 7:15 AM.
We were disappointed with this tour because it was conducted approximately 75% in Spanish and only 25% in English. Since most of the people on the bus were Spanish speakers, the guide naturally spent much more time speaking to them. As English speakers, we felt left out for most of the tour. We booked this experience expecting the tour to be delivered equally in both English and Spanish. When we politely asked the guide if he could provide more information in English, he seemed offended and firmly told us not to ask him to speak more English because he was already doing his best. He said English is not his first language and that he was trying. While we appreciate that, the way he responded felt dismissive and made us uncomfortable asking any further questions. The guide was very engaging with the Spanish-speaking guests, sharing jokes and stories that they clearly enjoyed. Unfortunately, we missed much of that interaction because it was mostly in Spanish. At one point, we found ourselves using Google Translate on our phones just to avoid missing important information. I’m sure Spanish-speaking guests would have a wonderful experience on this tour, as the guide appears to be a good storyteller in Spanish. However, if you do not speak Spanish, I would not recommend this tour unless you are comfortable receiving only limited information in English. We paid for a guided tour because we expected an informative and educational experience. Instead, we felt we would have received better value by simply renting a car and visiting these locations on our own. We previously booked tours through Viator during a trip to France and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose them again. Unfortunately, this tour did not meet those expectations, and we left feeling disappointed. Having said that, when we got to Chichén, the group was split into two: English speakers and Spanish speakers. We went with the English speaking group to the actual location and that was helpful. The tour guide we were given spoke in English and explained well. That was the only place we felt included.
Really great tour. The guides are so knowledgeable, the buffet lunch was delicious and the whole day was organised to a tee. It's a very long day but you get to see and learn lots. Would definitely recommend!
Highly recommended excursion, very well organized, with very attentive, pleasant staff always ready to help and facilitate everything for us. I want to highlight the work of the entire team, especially Cristian, Emiliano, and Daniel.

It was awesome. Many things to see I. One day and enjoy. The cenote was just what was needed after that hot day and much walking at the temble
Thank you so much for this! You're absolutely right — after all that walking under the Mexican sun, jumping into the cenote is the best reward! 😄 So happy you enjoyed the full day and got to take it all in. Hope to welcome you back in the Mexican Caribbean soon! CARIBE MEX | We know the Mexican Caribbean. Now we want you to know it too. 🌴
