Visite de caves et dégustation de vins à Sienne avec repas de l'après-midi. Immergé dans l'atmosphère magique de la Toscane rurale, à deux pas de la vieille ville médiévale de Sienne, l'expérience est un voyage dans l'histoire, la culture, la tradition et la science qui donnent vie à chaque bouteille de notre vin biologique. Au cours de la visite de la cave, nous analyserons ensemble les caractéristiques de l'agro-écosystème viticole et les techniques utilisées pour préserver et régénérer les ressources rurales. Dans notre ancienne cave à vin, nous vous ferons découvrir le monde fascinant de la vinification et les secrets de l'élaboration d'un vin de qualité. La visite se terminera dans notre salon de dégustation, où vous saisirez toutes les nuances organoleptiques de nos vins jeunes et millésimés. Chaque verre sera accompagné des meilleurs produits toscans de saison, pour ravir votre palais et nourrir votre âme.

Itinéraire
En parcourant le vignoble, avec des mots simples et clairs, nous analyserons les techniques agronomiques en relation avec le cycle biologique de la vigne et les techniques de préservation et de régénération des ressources rurales.
Au chai, nous aborderons les principes fondamentaux d'une vinification de qualité, à toutes les étapes cruciales de la transformation du raisin au vin : égrappage-foulage, fermentation alcoolique, macération, fermentation malolactique, soutirage, élevage et élevage.
Dans la salle de dégustation, nous dégusterons 5 de nos bons vins biologiques. Nous stimulerons les sens pour capturer chaque subtile note olfactive-gustative de nos produits. Une symphonie d'émotions que seuls les grands vins peuvent donner. Pour ravir votre palais et nourrir votre âme, chaque verre de vin sera accompagné d'un produit de saison et de notre précieuse huile d'olive extra vierge biologique.

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.

Our guide and sommelier, Gianluigi, was very informative and passionate about the winery, their product and sustainable practices. We visited the vineyard, learning about their organic processes. We then visited the cellar, learning about the aging process. He shared a number of the challenges wineries are facing today as well as ways they are constantly adapting to meet those challenges. We learned quite a lot in a short time while enjoying a number of their wines paired with delicious local flavors. Excellent tour!

Absolutely perfect afternoon! Lorenzo was so knowledgeable, warm & friendly. We learned so much about the vineyard life and winemaking in general. The vineyard is beautiful, the tasting was exceptional, the food was an unexpected delight and the company was engaging. We made new friends, tried 5 wines and then dessert with a dessert wine. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine experience! Say hi to Lorenzo!
Our guide was amazing (GianMarco I believe) and really knew the ins and outs of wine making. They also have an olive grove which was a lovely surprise. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend! Support this winery :)
