À la fin de la guerre de Trente Ans, la population de Berlin est décimée. Afin d’aider à la reconstruction, les réfugiés protestants huguenots sont invités à quitter la France et s’installent dans cette partie pittoresque de la ville.
Situé en plein centre de Mitte, Alexanderplatz est le cœur de Berlin. Avec des vestiges de toutes les époques de l'histoire de la ville, cette place est essentielle pour comprendre ce qui fait tourner Berlin.
À l'origine de la création de Frédéric le Grand, Bebelplatz est tellement plus! Abritant l'université et l'un des opéras berlinois, cette place royale rappelle aussi brutalement les dégâts causés par la propagande nazie.
Dans ce puissant mémorial, nous discuterons non seulement de l'holocauste, mais aussi des nombreuses façons dont Berlin et l'Allemagne se souviennent de l'atrocité du XXIe siècle.
Où l'Est rencontre l'Ouest ! Dans cet ancien Checkpoint entre les secteurs occupés par les Soviétiques et les Américains de Berlin, nous discuterons de la façon dont la ville a été divisée et est devenue le point central de la guerre froide.

The perfect tour of Berlin for 1st timers! Sam was a great guide who provided a lot of historical background.

Good sampling of Berlin landmarks. Paedaling was easy and our guide, Sanders, was very knowledgeable. Be aware that stops are only for a few minutes, there is not enough time to actually go through the museums
These bikes are so good. Up and down kerbs comfortably. Maximum fun, minimum effort. A good number of stops along the way where our guide would give us a brief history of the buildings. It was fascinating and I would highly recommend it. We were visiting Berlin on an extreme day trip so we got to see a great deal in just 3 hours. It was definitely value for money and the staff at the shop and our guide Thor were so good the whole experience was seamless.
I paid for an ebike experience as I was marketed that would be able to cover more ground and see more things as they are quicker than a regular bike. The group I was assigned to were all pedal bikes so I didn’t see as much as I would have liked.
I’ve discovered that when visiting a new city, especially a large one that an E bike tour is an indispensable tool to understand the layout of the city and where things are that you might want to visit. This tour was no exception. Our guide was Sam and he is a graduate student in history. Thorough knowledge of everything Berlin. I highly Recommend the tour. There is an even more in-depth version available, and I am considering that one as well.
Great way to see all of the major sites In Berlin, including some, you would probably not know to go to on your own. Sam, the tour guide, with a degree in history, was very knowledgeable and informative.

A group of 15 people using a mixture of E & regular bikes. The historical information given by Alba at each of the stops on the 3 hour easy ride was so interesting, she was an incredible tour guide. Highly recommended. The best excursion we did in Berlin by far.
