What is called a “safari” here is nothing more than 50 minutes of full throttle straight ahead, stopping for a photo and then back again. The guide paid zero attention to the group, even lost a jet ski with passengers along the way and then responded not with help, but with aggressive screams in Spanish. As if that wasn't enough, he felt it necessary to splash the group several times with his unlimited scooter — purely out of a show of force. Unmannered, unprofessional and downright dangerous. Afterwards we didn’t even get the promised pictures. What was left was the bitter aftertaste of an expensive, poorly organized and disrespectful experience. This had nothing to do with safari, adventure or fun — this was pure oppression and customer unfriendliness. Advice: don't go here. Find a reliable provider where safety, fun and customer friendliness are paramount.

I based my selection of this Jet Ski Safari on a previous Trip Advisor review that criticised it for being too fast and 'dangerous'. I was with my 22 year old son, and we were looking for a bit of excitement, which is what we got. Although the jet skis were restricted to 60 Km/h, this was fast enough to give us first-timers an exciting ride, but certainly not dangerous. Our guide kept us, and the other double jet ski, under his watchful eye, but didn't restrict our enjoyment of the activity. From Adeje, we went all the way up the coast to Punta de Teno lighthouse, and back. We stopped close to the spectacular Los Gigantes sea cliffs for a swim and to swap driver/pillion. We saw turtles and flying fish.

Absolutely shocking! I genuinely thought I wasn’t going to make it out alive. Myself and my partner booked a 2 hour safari experience where we mentioned to the lead guide that it was our first time jet skiing. Well it was more of a race and a near death experience from the height of the waves and the fast pace trying to keep up! He went that fast I was slipping off the jet ski. I cried for the whole 2 hours of the experience where the guide just told me to drive faster and try and keep up! No care of their customers at all. We went to one cave and went back! The guide was so unprofessional and rude it was unbelievable. His ‘apprentice’ also did not look after us. They all sped off and left us beginners behind. Furthermore, when we stopped off at this one cave, the apprentice began to lite up his cigarette and threw it into the sea! Unbelievable. Following on from this, I purchased 20€ worth of photos that was took from the lead guider where 2/8 were slightly decent. They sent me blurry photos of us both and photos of the camera man’s finger and the jet ski. I therefore wrote to the company complaining where fair play they did refund me the 20€ and offer me a special discount for next time. I can reassure the company there will not be a next time. Sod your special discount, I’d rather keep my life at a young age. Don’t waste your €90! Awful experience.

Really well run, fantastic experience. Not for the’ faint hearted’ we book 2hrs, came in early. I’m in my hotel sore, 40-50 mph on the water for 60 minutes takes it out of you, had my lad on board, obviously concerned, Wow, graft…..

Top experience. Super fun ride up the coast with diago B who was super instructor. Full speed these jetskis were hitting 40kph. Which in the waves was tough to stay on but great fun. Recommend 100% get in contact with them. Cool guys Dan & Shelly 🇮🇪

Weather conditions meant sea was very bumpy. We have both been jet skiing lots of times, therefore are experienced. However due to the weather + only couple of 5 min breaks we both ended up with friction burns. Would have been better if they offered to reduce the length + returned some of the money.

At best dangerous and the worst incompetent and risky. Just a mad race with a wave height that risks serious injury. This is absolutely not a tour just 2hrs of endurance. Clearly just more examples of you the customer having to pickup the pieces. Only do this is you are made of rubber and don’t care a dam about yourself.

The whole tour was amazing 200 to 300 meters from the coast you sail along the island a really great experience with radical jet ski. Unfortunately no dolphins seen this day but going wild on the watercraft makes up for a lot

It has been a WONDERFUL experience. We have been doing jet ski routes for many years, but the truth is that with them it was exceptional. Simone is a wonderful guide, and we had a great time. We have no doubt that on our next trip to Tenerife we will repeat with them, and more than once. I recommend everyone to do it, the bikes are good, the service is fantastic and the price top. Some recommendations: If you have GoPro it is mandatory that you carry it with support because if not they let you upload (it happened to us and gave us a lot of anger). They take pictures but cost 20€ if you are not a resident and the quality is a bit pachim pacham, plus they force you to buy the ones of the whole group.

absolute recommendation! I've never done anything like that! we saw caves and could even go into the open sea twice! I was extremely enthusiastic and I really recommend it to everyone! An absolute highlight was that we saw dolphins, that really couldn't be compared with anything! I would also like to emphasize again how great our guide Simone was! big chapeau to the organization!
