nothing to say about the day, pleasant guide, and visits corresponding to our purchase. what particularly disappointed us is the fact that when booking, we were caught up by our correspondent, who assured us a visit in French... very poor management of viator, who had great difficulty in recognizing an error. fortunately, I had made screen prints of the conversation, confirming a French guide. No gesture of compensation.
Merci.
Thank you Mai from Seven Tours for organising my morning tour to the Incense village . Absolute worth it and gives you another level of respect for Incense. Diana was amazing and so helpful and the best driver in Hanoi. Great place for photographers and they have podiums for the best camera views. Thank you
Chuong was so knowledgeable and accommodating. He explained the history and gave us opportunities to explore.
BAD, I made reservations the tour guide supposed pick up us at 8:00 am our hotel lobby.I was texting message for hour until someone responded. My family waited for 1 1/2 hours for tour guide to pick us up. We missed the first attractive. I texting message to the agent asking for $5:00 USA dollars refund for each person but no one responded
Great and informative city tour with knowledgeable tour guide. Everthing was covered and our tour guide looked after all of us.
This was a well-organized, comprehensive tour with a knowledgeable guide. Lee Chuong thoughtfully maneuvered us through Hanoi's streets, sights and history, even accommodating special requests as he was able. Lunch was a delicious, multi-course, authentic Vietnamese meal. We were thoroughly satisfied with this tour -- I don't think it could have been done any better.
This was a long tour. We knocked off all of the main places to go but it did make it a big day. The guide was great and changed the schedule when he saw the line at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Areas were busy as expected, but the Hanoi Hilton felt rushed and would have wanted more time to learn about this place.
Excellent tour guide! See many beautiful sites! Great day trip! Bring a hat and sunglasses. A must visit cultural tour.
Group of 28 people, so not too bad but even though it’s a full day tour it is just an overview of the sites- we probably had 10-15 minutes each site after explanation. Guide gave information then let us explore, I prefer if we got more information about the sites but this isn’t really marketed as a detailed historical tour so you get what you get. We only had a very short time in Hanoi so this was the fastest way to hit the majority of sites in the time we had. Will say our guide was good and experienced in structuring the tour so we waited the minimal amount of time to see Ho Chi Minh, we arrived a few days before the 70th reunification and so at times there was an extensive line. Food was ok, standard for large group tours, and guide took in account any dietary preferences (this group had no special allergies or foods to avoid).
The Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. Our tour guide (“Dem”) was knowledgeable, articulate, funny, energetic and organized; all you could ask for in a tour guide.
