Sirince, le village de Sirince est mentionné dans les sources anciennes comme l'Éphèse sur la montagne suggère un règlement établi de longue date. On raconte aujourd'hui dans le village que ce nouveau village sur la montagne s'appelait Cirkince, ce qui signifie plutôt laid, avec l'intention d'attirer moins l'attention et l'intérêt des étrangers, assurant ainsi la sécurité.

Amazing tour absolutely amazing places to visit tour staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgable with the places visited. We booked a private tour with Bulut brothers travel agency and we were very well looked after. Our tour guide, Riza was very knowledgeable and made our day very enjoyable. The pottery gallery was very nice and the lunch was truly exceptional! Authentic turkish cuisine was freshly home cooked and served in a lovely garden where we enjoyed the cool breeze. Overall, it is a tour we recommend for those visiting Kusadasi.
