La Grande Mosquée Sheikh Zayed est située à Abu Dhabi, capitale des Émirats Arabes Unis. Plus grande mosquée du pays, elle est un lieu de culte essentiel pour toutes les prières de la journée, les réunions du vendredi et les prières de l'Aïd. Au cours de l'Aïd, plus de 41 000 personnes s'y réunissent.
Vous passerez devant le palace du Sheikh.
L'architecture du palais est superbe et très luxueuse. Elle exploite des matériaux haut de gamme à l'intérieur du palais. C'est une opportunité unique de visiter gratuitement un palais. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants et cafés.
Le palais présidentiel d'Abu Dhabi est l'un des principaux monuments des Émirats Arabes Unis, et abrite les bureaux du président son Altesse Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, son Altesse Sheikh Mohammed Ben Rashid Al Maktoum, le Vice-président et le premier Ministre des Émirats Arabes Unis et souverain de Dubaï, et son Altesse Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, le Prince couronné d'Abu Dhabi et le Commandant suprême des Émirats Arabes Unis, ainsi que les ministres.
Visitez le Heritage Village pour découvrir les aspects traditionnels de la vie dans le désert, et plongez dans un voyage dans le temps qui inclut un souk, une mosquée et un campement de l'époque pré-moderne d'Abu Dhabi. Vous pourrez faire du shopping, partir à la découverte des objets et observer les artisans fabriquer des poteries, le soufflage du verre et le tissage sur un métier à tisser. Dirigé par l'Emirates Heritage Club, cette reconstitution d'un oasis traditionnel offre un intéressant aperçu de l'émirat du passé et présente des ateliers publics où des artisans démontrent des techniques traditionnelles telles que le travail du métal, la poterie, le tissage et le filage. Les artisans montrent leurs techniques aux visiteurs, et il arrive parfois qu'ils leur proposent de s'y essayer. La petite boutique aux épices du village propose une vaste gamme d'herbes séchées, des savons faits main et beaucoup de souvenirs.
Vous passerez sur la Corniche.
Ce marché est le plus important pour les dattes d'Abu Dhabi. Les divers produits dérivés de la datte sont généralement disponibles au marché pendant la saison. Vous pouvez également trouver ces produits venant d'Oman et d'Arabie. Les prix sont les plus intéressants de la ville.
Le mémorial du fondateur est un hommage national permanent dédié à la commémoration de la vie, de l'héritage et des valeurs de feu Cheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, le père fondateur des Émirats arabes unis. Un lieu pour en apprendre davantage sur Sheikh Zayed à travers l'art, la nature, les mots, les histoires et les expériences multimédias, The Founder's Memorial offre aux visiteurs une gamme de rencontres personnelles avec feu Sheikh Zayed en tant qu'homme et en tant que leader, permettant aux gens d'acquérir une compréhension plus profonde de sa vaste influence sur les Émirats arabes unis et le monde en général.

- Si vous visitez une mosquée, en particulier la Grande Mosquée d'Abu Dhabi, veuillez respecter le code vestimentaire. Pour les hommes et les femmes, les jambes et les bras DOIVENT être couvert, pas de shorts ni de jupes au-dessus de la cheville. En outre, vos vêtements ne doivent pas être serrés, évitez les pantalons de yoga ! Veillez à porter des vêtements opaques, l'environnement religieux n'est pas propice aux vêtements transparents. Les femmes devront couvrir leurs cheveux. Un foulard pourra être leur être fourni à l'entrée. Sachez enfin qu'il vous faudra ôter vos chaussures.

This tour is an excellent orientation to Abu Dhabi with a tour of some key attractions with a guide who provides live interactive commentary. The pickup and drop off point is your hotel in Abu Dhabi city. You get to see quite a bit of the city center as other tour participants are picked up and on the way to the Grand Mosque - the first stop on the tour. The mosque is the meeting point for everyone on the tour cWith 90 minutes to tour the mosque, the guide provides excellent information and orientation including tips for meeting the dress code to enter the mosque. In certain cases participants were provided appropriate coverings to ensure the rules were followed. The mosque is massive and the guide led everyone very efficiently through the screening to the key areas while providing interesting information along the way. At the conclusion of the tour to the mosque, everyone boarded the bus for the remainder of the tour. With certain drive by points and stops at the heritage center and date market one gets a feel for life and ways of old Abu Dhabi. It’s a tour just long enough and yet to the point in terms of time commitment and correct amount of information. Highly recommend primarily because it’s so well arranged and managed.

We took the half day Abu Dhabi tour, we enjoyed it and would recommend it to future travellers. Our tour guide was Mirsa, he was friendly and very knowledgeable, we received a lot of interesting information about UAE, Abu Dhabi and each attraction. As part of the tour we went to the Grand Mosque, special outfits and headwear were provided to the females as part of the tour. We are very happy with the tour and Mirsa. We had a fantastic morning with Manuela and her driver. Pick up was exactly as arranged. Munees was our guide for the half day Abu Dhabi city tour, we were only 5 in the group but received no information, feedback about any attractions, or any information of value that could have made the trip more memorable!! We were driven around without a word from our guide, dropped off at various attractions and had to find our own way around without our guide to guide and provide information, Munees’s English was very bad and he didn’t understand much of what the group was saying, he could not communicate with the group. It was a complete waste of time and we could have gotten more value if we did the tour by ourselves, Munees was of no assistance, really a bad experience
