Nous commençons le voyage dans le confort avec nos véhicules climatisés et commençons par les points forts de la région. Nous explorons ensuite les magasins d'alimentation locaux, pour mieux comprendre la vie quotidienne et les traditions des communautés jamaïcaines. Du poulet jerk savoureux, chèvre au curry, ackee et poisson salé, galettes, stands de fruits, pain à la banane, et plus encore! Vous aurez l'occasion de goûter à divers aliments délicieux et boissons qui ne se trouvent pas habituellement dans les hôtels. Vous obtiendrez également un bref historique de la nourriture et comment elle est faite. Cette visite gastronomique jamaïcaine est parfaite pour les gourmets qui cherchent à vraiment s'immerger dans la culture et la cuisine jamaïcaines. Venez avec l'estomac vide et l'esprit ouvert, et préparez-vous à savourer les saveurs de la Jamaïque! Remarque : Cette visite se fait à Negril, Grand Palladium et Montego Bay. Charles is an excellent guide and an expert at the local cuisine and all the natural foods of Jamaica. He led us on an eye opening tour of how the native Jamaican people view and prepare their foods. He showed us, right on the side of the road, how native plants are grown and used everyday. My wife and I were completely amazed at how delicious and healthy local food is. We were completely stuffed after this great tour. We highly recommend him and this tour.

We had a great experience in Montego Bay, sampling so many different Jamaican foods in places we would have never found on our own. Our guide shared so much knowledge with us along the way about Jamaican foods, culture, and lifestyle. We learned about all the different trees and the fruits that were growing on them, and we sampled so many delicious foods. We’ve been to Jamaica many times but still learned a lot on this tour. I highly recommend it.

Marc met us outside the cruise port in Falmouth and we had a great day experiencing the tastes of Jamaica on a private tour. The food was varied and all excellent. Marc was an experienced guide that shared the culture and the stories behind the food with us at every stop and kept us entertained in-between stops.
