La soirée commencera par une prise en charge privée directement depuis votre hôtel par l'un de nos guides anglophones. De là, votre visite commencera lorsque vous commencerez votre trajet dans l'un de nos véhicules confortables, spacieux et climatisés. Tout au long de la soirée, vous couvrirez 3 quartiers : Little India, Chinatown et Kampung Baru, afin que vous puissiez avoir le vrai goût de toutes les différentes cuisines. Vous ferez plusieurs arrêts dans différents restaurants et marchés locaux où vous pourrez goûter certains des plats les plus célèbres de Malaisie.

Nous vous emmènerons à "Little India", connue localement sous le nom de "Brickfields", qui est un petit quartier animé, situé juste à l'extérieur du centre de Kuala Lumpur. Il est très populaire pour ses délices indiens, en particulier le riz à la feuille de bananier et le thosai (crêpe indienne à base de farine de riz fermentée). Souvent considérée comme « un peu épicée », mais « très savoureuse », la cuisine indienne de Little India est tout simplement délicieuse. * Le temps de trajet peut prendre environ 1 heure selon l'emplacement de votre hôtel

Une visite dans le quartier de Kampung Baru est une merveilleuse occasion de remonter dans le temps pour découvrir Kuala Lumpur au début du XXe siècle. Kampung Baru est en fait une zone résidentielle malaisienne traditionnelle qui a été créée il y a plus de 100 ans. La plupart des habitations sont des maisons en bois construites sur des pilotis courts et bien qu'elles soient au cœur de la ville, éclipsées par des gratte-ciel étincelants, il y a vraiment une sensation de village rural à l'endroit. Il existe de nombreux restaurants et stands où vous pourrez savourer un éventail enchanteur de plats malais. * Le temps de trajet peut prendre environ 1 heure selon l'emplacement de votre hôtel

We absolutely loved our private food tour with Chen as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different cultural food, the best and most historic places to eat, and he customized our tour to our interests while ensuring we still had time to eat all three cuisine. My favorite was the food in Little India, and my spouse's favorite was yhe food in the Malaysian village. Our favorite part of the tour was the book store at REXKL and the Chinese temple. If we ever visit Kuala Lumpur, we'll definitely ask for a tour through the city with Chen.

ForeverVacations provided a fabulous food tasting tour. Chen was our tour guide, and we could not have been paired with better a better guide. He tailored our tour to our interests while ensuring we sampled food from Chinatown, Little India, and the Malaysian village. Chen is knowledgeable about the different cultures, he speaks phenomenal English (which was great because he understood all our jokes😂), and he even took us to a couple places he recommended as "must see" before our flight home tomorrow. His demeanor and vibe are very laid back, conversational, and open. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we will definitely book with ForeverVacations and Chen, to ensure we have a great time. We are travellers but rarely would eat from the market or street food. Was great to be taken to lots of different places to sample the flavours of Malaysia. Chot was a fantastic guide. We sampled Chinese, Indian and Malaysian, meals and sweets. Not all flavours that we liked but glad to be pushed out of our comfort zone and to see what the different cultures enjoy. A recommended experience.
