Il s'agit d'une visite culinaire entièrement privée à Chengdu pour votre groupe seulement - pas de groupes mixtes, pas d'étrangers rejoignant votre table, et pas de rythme fixe de visite partagée. Voyagez en tuk-tuk local et à pied à travers les ruelles cachées, les vieux quartiers et les restaurants familiaux où les habitants mangent réellement. Votre hôte Anglais peut ajuster le niveau d'épices, les choix alimentaires et le timing en fonction de votre groupe, ce qui rend la soirée plus flexible et confortable qu'une visite de nourriture partagée standard. Entre 4 et 5 arrêts sélectionnés, dégustez 12 à 15 plats et collations de Chengdu tout en découvrant la vraie scène gastronomique du quartier de la ville après la tombée de la nuit. La tarification est basée sur une expérience privée hébergée. Chengdu Dumplings Communément sous le nom de "Wonton", les boulettes qui flottent dans ce bouillon léger sont molles, tendres et farcies d'ingrédients délicieux. La boulette de Chengdu est un peu similaire au Wonton, également farcie de porc et de légumes, et la différence est que la pâte est plus fine et servie dans une soupe. Servi dans une sauce pimentée épicée et sucrée, la boulette de chengdu au vinaigre et à l'ail a une saveur très différente et riche par rapport aux wontons.
Nouilles Chengdu Connues sous le nom de nouilles «Dan Dan», elles consistent en une sauce épicée contenant des légumes confits, des huiles de chili, du porc haché, des arachides hachées et des oignons verts. «Dan Dan» signifie porter des paniers en bambou sur les épaules. Les nouilles tirent leur nom des vendeurs qui transportaient des nouilles dans des paniers et se vendaient le long des ruelles et des rues à l'époque antique.

nous commençons la visite de vendeur en vendeur et de restaurants en familles. Une visite de plus de 3 heures vous amènera dans la vieille ville de Chengdu pour rencontrer les habitants et partager l'expérience culinaire avec eux. mais la chose la plus importante est que vous puissiez profiter de la fête de la nourriture. The tour guide did not appear. I waited at the meeting place for 15 minutes, I tried to contact him and didn't get a reply. Around 30 min after the start time I was contacted and the tour guide apologized and gave me a refund. He blamed it on Viator for not informing him that I had booked the tour.

Flora brought us to sample local sichuan cuisine in traditional eateries. The whole trip was by Tuk Tuk which was a great way to get around the busy streets of Chengdu. All the food stalls in this trip were great and more importantly, very local. Wouldn't think twice when booking this tour in the future!

Clara is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the city and will definitely give you the authentic food experience. Would not have found these places on my own. She even helped me pick out some Chinese fire water wine! Would recommend

Went to 4 amazing places to try food I would never have been able to find on my own in the city and it was all fantastic they then dropped us at a really great bar afterwards to top off a fantastic evening. If you are in Chengdu I highly recommend doing this tour.

Cecile was amazing and took us to places that we could have never went on our own. They also work with a charity organisation that employs tuk tuk drivers who otherwise have trouble finding employment elsewhere. Very meaningful company and wonderful people.

I participated in the evening foodie tuk-tuk tour hosted by Lucy. Overall, the tour was a superb experience. The ride in the tuk-tuks was exhilarating to say the least. The food was unsurprisingly exquisite with the dumpling place being my absolute favourite. Lucy was a very competent, funny and knowledgeable tour guide and I would recommend her to anyone.
