Unreliable and the worst organizer
The organizer did not show up on the day. When I inquired through the help center, I gave an explanation that differed from the fact that I did not come. It is very insulting to me, who waited for an hour on site. I don't think they are a reliable organizer.

The food tour you have booked starts at Apple hostel. All guests come up to reception to start the tour. However, you haven't showed up, nor contacted us via what's app which has been used between us previously to confirm the date to notify. After we received an email from Viator that we are the one who didn't start the tour I have called you to clarify and since it was too late on that day to offer an alternative date, but you didn't pick up the phone.
Nevertheless, I'm sorry it didn't work out. Hope you were able to tour the bazaar on your own.

Highly recommended
The tour was great and is definitely recommended. We went over the market together and were able to try things at various stalls. There were many explanations, stories, and background information provided. This way, the tour also became an introduction to Kyrgyz culture and history. Aima was also always very well informed when asked questions.
In the end, I am stuffed and moved on with a bag full of treats.

There is a lot of walking...
There is a lot of walking on uneven surfaces If that is not a problem for you , it’s a fascinating tour of the market with a guide who is very accommodating as well as informative.

Complete food tour around Osh Bazaar!
Took the tour today with Bermet and it was absolutely fantastic.
On the way from the hostel she already started explaining some things, while we were at the bazaar she was extremely patient and took her time explaining everything and answering all questions. Could not recommend it enough!

Incredible food tour!!
We had a wonderful time wandering through Osh Bazaar and sampling various local foods, snacks and drinks. Aigul was very knowledgeable and has relationships with local vendors which allowed us to try so many foods. She also answered any questions we had and gave us insight into life in Bishkek. After the tour, she showed us a good spot to shop for souvenirs and gold. We recommend this tour for anyone spending time in Bishkek!
