Description
Cette excursion gastronomique de 3 heures à Nauplie vous emmène dans des magasins d'alimentation soigneusement sélectionnés, où vous dégusterez certains des meilleurs fromages, vins, cafés et glaces disponibles dans la ville. En même temps, nous visitons les monuments les plus célèbres de la ville, tels que l'église catholique, la place Saint-Spyridon, la place Saint-Georges et la vieille ville qui nous font découvrir la longue et merveilleuse histoire de la ville.

Itinéraire
Nous venons vous chercher à notre point de rencontre et nous commençons notre excursion par une visite dans les ruelles pittoresques de Nauplie avec ses demeures néoclassiques et ses balcons vénitiens.
Notre premier arrêt de dégustation est une épicerie traditionnelle où nous dégustons des variétés locales de fromages et de saucisses et nous apprenons leurs petits secrets de fabrication par l'épicier.
Ensuite, nous nous dirigeons vers la place Syntagma, le cœur de la ville. On en apprend davantage sur cette place historique et les bâtiments environnants.
Poursuivant notre visite, nous traversons le quartier de « Yialos » et dégustons des variétés de vins locaux dans une cave-caviste, pendant que le propriétaire nous raconte l'art de la vinification locale.
Notre excursion culinaire se termine dans un authentique glacier traditionnel. Ayant nos glaces à portée de main, nous marchons jusqu'à la plage de Nauplie afin d'admirer la forteresse vénitienne de Mpourtzi et d'en savoir plus sur son existence historique au fil des siècles.

This was a fantastic tour, Sophia, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and she checked in with us that we understood and if we were all ok etc. As we explored the streets of Nafplio Sophia told us all about the local landmarks and history of the town. We visited a third generational family of cheese makers and tasted the cheeses of the region. We continued on to a master of wine and sampled many local wines, finally finishing at a local Greek restaurant. The food and whole experience was fantastic. We have two children who can be fussy with food but they had a great time on this tour! Would highly recommend it to everyone.
