Rencontre avec notre Guide et début de votre alléchante exploration streetbfood crétoise. 1er à travers le marché, nous dégustons des tartes et des pâtisseries de la plus ancienne boulangerie de la ville entière, nous admirons la fontaine romaine à côté du monument de la femme Sultans. En marchant dans cette rue avec des arômes de noix de café fraîches cuites et salées et des épices, nous prenons une bouchée sur Heraklions plus ancien magasin de tapas et déguster avec un peu d'ouzo Les Crétois délicieux mezws-tapas petits plats pleins de goût Variété est le nom.
Café grec cuit lentement à l'ancienne façon traditionnelle. Tous les secrets du café grec en association avec des pâtisseries crétoises et des tartes yami.
Balade entre le marché ouvert et les rues pavées animées de la ville vénitienne d'Héraklion. Admirez son architecture vénitienne et ottomane ainsi que la culture crétoise.
La Nostra europa a attribué la construction du point de rencontre des nobles depuis le 14ème siècle. Après les tapas, nous visitons la délicieuse boutique Bougatsa de la ville - nommé d'après Vyzantion-emballé et fourré (crème-fromage - verts-boeuf haché) Là, nous prendrons une bouchée de Grèces célèbre sucré et salé meilleur snack.
Les murs vénitiens capturent des vues incroyables, voyant Zeus faire face sur le mont Juchtas. Pour les amateurs de rencontres : Là, nous aurons la possibilité de goûter le célèbre Ofto de Crétois cuit lentement la nourriture de survie qith yaourt frais et frites fraîches à côté. Pour les amateurs de Vétérinaire : Avant notre chemin vers la partie bohémienne de la ville avec son Asie Monor mezes et poulpes qith fave yellow beens et la fondue crétoise pleine d'épices et de fromage à fondre dans votre bouche. Yamas avec quelques délicieux vins et Raki et toujours avec un peu de semoule halva ou yaourt avec cuillère sucrée à la cerise sauer.
En marchant vers l'histoire par l'église métropolitaine et un vieux monastère, nous atteignons les plus anciennes et petites rues étroites de la ville tout en admirant les joyaux cachés inconnus des touristes

Magda was the best guide!!! She knows the city very well, she accommodated my husband’s request for seafood instead of lamb, and was very personable and fun. We highly recommend this tour with Magda. Two thumbs up!
A lot of food! Two stops and the second stop had at least 8-9 plates of different dishes tapas style. More then I could eat, very friendly restaurant manager, guide was ok.

We had the most wonderful food tour with Magda. She was a perfect ambassador of Cretan hospitality, history and culture. She took us to places in Heraklion we may no have gone on our own, and the food…first, I’ve never eaten so much on a food tour and we usually take one in a every major city we visit. Secondly, Magda took us to places that had unique offerings that only a local would know. One of the restaurants served us lamb, sheep and pork raised from the owner’s farm in the mountains. And I loved that she encouraged us to eat with our hands. We were immersed into the Cretan culture for a day. Loved it!

Crete Heraklion specifically was wonderful. We enjoyed tasting local cuisine. There was plenty to eat! The gelato was wonderful!

What an incredible experience with Magda! She is our new best friend! Magda truly made us feel truly special and provided us with the great history of Crete, as well as a truly amazing food experience. She is a tremendous host who wants to provide you the best culinary experience Crete has to offer. Our last stop, a sit down lunch at an amazing restaurant on the water included beer and wine, numerous appetizers to enjoy, and when we thought that was it, out came the entrees of fresh sea bass and mussels, capped off with amazing desserts. I would give this food tour 10 stars if I could. Magda is an excellent guide. We had so much food! All of the food was thoughtful and local to Crete. I love food history and Magda has a lot of insight on the history of Crete, culture and food traditions. We were with another couple so the size of our group was perfect and we got to make new friends.
