Visite d’une néo-boulangerie fondée par deux jeunes entrepreneurs Engagés pour le développement durable et la réduction des déchets. Découvrez leur concentration sur des ingrédients de qualité, et dégustez un délicat choux à la crème vanillée.
Les pâtisseries élégantes et les pains rustiques de cette boulangerie-pâtisserie raffinée célèbrent les saveurs de saison du sud de la France et de l'Italie. Dégustez un croissant pissaladière, spécialité provençale aux oignons caramélisés, anchois et olives noires.
Admirez la symétrie élégante, les façades en briques rouges et les allées à arcades de la plus ancienne place prévue de Paris (1612), chef-d’œuvre de l’architecture classique Française primitive.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Erica. Her knowledge as a pastry chef added a lot to the experience, and she also generously shared her knowledge as a working musician with my son, which gave the tour a whole new dimension for him. A great way to orient yourself when you first arrive in the city -- we frequented one of the boulangeries we visited on the tour several times during our stay. One thing I wish I would have learned from the reviews -- if you were interested in trying the Beef Bourguignon, as we were, that stop is only included on the evening tour. While we enjoyed the beautiful brasserie with the choucroute garni, it's a dish we've had many times before and not one I think of as quintessentially Parisian.
