What a fantastic way to spend the day. Whether you are a chef or an amateur, you are in good hands here. After being expertly guided through La Boqueria, we returned to the beautiful, well-appointed kitchen to cook. Time flew as we chatted with our co-chefs over wine and snacks.

I did this cooking class with my mom, and it was unequivocally the best thing we did throughout our 9-day visit to Spain. Paméla (our guide) was very knowledgeable as she took us through the Boquería Market to get the seafood and other items for our meal (make sure you book the version with the tour—I think there are options that don’t include it). She was a great instructor in the kitchen and made sure we did everything rather than her just demonstrating for us like some other cooking classes/experiences. I will recommend this to any/all my friends who visit Barcelona moving forward! This was time and money well-spent!

We have done cooking classes all over Europe. We were able to decide WHAT we wanted to cook for all the courses, and then we went to the huge well known market in Barcelona, and we selected the ingredients. We walked back to the school and had fun cooking. I particularly liked it because I didn’t have to cook, just enjoy watching our chef and family do it! The food was delicious. We were about to pop when we left. We enjoyed tapas and wine while our dinner was in the oven. Our chef was just perfect. We were glad we chose “a private” cooking classes instead of being with a group.

Chef Pamela gave us an educational tour of the local market teaching us what to look for when choosing exceptional ingredients. She was very patient and really created a memorable experience. 5 stars!!

We met Marcos, our chef and what a great experience we had. The four of us walked over to the Boqueria with him and he gave us such a knowledgeable tour. He gave us some fabulous recommendations for places that had high-quality spices at reasonable prices. The class itself was very fun and interesting. Interesting terminating with wonderful food and wine we prepared together.

Going to the market, picking Fresh seafood. Cutting up all of the ingredients for the paella and desserts and and appetizers, and it was a wonderful treat One of the best times we’ve ever had

This was the best meal we had in Barcelona - & we made it ourselves! Pamela was patient & very knowledgeable. We absolutely loved going through St Josep la boqueria with her guiding us & telling us what to watch for when buying from vendors. We are a family that likes to cook together so booking this was obvious. I didn't expect this experience to exceed all of our expectations!

Such a fun day! We had a tour at the market and sampled a few items and learned about local cuisine. Then we cooked some tapas and paella. They were all unbelievably good!
