Le Do Eat Better Experience food tour est une visite à pied autour du centre historique de Malaga. Vous serez guidé par un Expert local capable d'expliquer chaque détail des restaurants sélectionnés, leurs préparations et toute autre curiosité pertinente. Votre aventure culinaire commence au Mercado Atarazanas, le marché de la ville construit au XIXe siècle sur la base d'un bâtiment d'influence arabe, et faisant partie du patrimoine culturel Espagnol de 1979. Vous y dégusterez un choix de délices : un tendre pinchito de pulpo (brochette de poulpe grillée) ou un savoureux pinchito de atún (brochette de thon grillée), accompagné d’une petite bière rafraîchissante pour donner le ton à votre voyage (déjeuner uniquement).
Ensuite, rendez-vous dans un lieu animé près du musée Picasso, un palais du XVIe siècle qui accueille plus de 200 œuvres de Picasso. À proximité, un verre de vin ou une petite bière vous seront servis, ainsi qu'une sélection de tapas salées. Vous pouvez choisir entre la carrillada (tendres joues de porc) ou l'atún (thon), ou opter pour les saveurs riches du chivo malagueño (ragoût de chèvre), les chicharrones croustillantes, ou le succulent atún encebollado (thon sauce oignon). À partager, vous dégusterez également une demi-portion d’albóndigas (boulettes de viande) qui complètent parfaitement les tapas.
Plaza de la Merced est l'une des places les plus importantes et les plus anciennes de la ville, existant depuis l'époque romaine. Il incarne vraiment l'âme andalouse et entendez que vous pouvez voir certains monuments environnants tels que le Monument à Torrijos ou la maison où Pablo Picasso est né. À proximité, à la prochaine destination, plongez dans l'essence de la cuisine andalouse avec une selction de tapas, comme les berenjenas al miel (aubergines frites avec une délicieuse sauce au miel) ou les anchois! Pour accompagner vos plats, dégustez une boisson de votre choix, complétant les saveurs de cette expérience Espagnole authentique.
À l'arrêt final, vous savourerez la célèbre Locas de Málaga, une délicieuse spécialité locale qui capture les saveurs uniques de Málaga dans chaque bouchée. Alternativement, en été, vous pouvez profiter d'une crème glacée maison rafraîchissante aromatisée avec des ingrédients locaux.

Jose was a wonderful host. He brought the entire city to life with his history, charm , and cultural knowledge of the region. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the beautiful real culture of Malaga with its architecture, food, and wines and knowledge of the city. Be prepared to walk at least 2 km through this beautiful city.
Had an amazing time on the food tour, Jose was an excellent tour guide. He gave of lots of information and recommendations. I definitely recommend this if you want to try new foods and wines.

Rosario is an exceptional guide. We visited the market and tasted typical Spanish dishes: anchovies, olives, croquettes, meatballs, fried eggplants, and more, as well as drinks like white wine, vermouth, and tinto de verano. To finish, a dessert that we took to go because there was a lot of food! Rosario is cheerful and gives us a little historical tour at the same time. I highly recommend it to you!

Amazing tour all the food we tried was amazing and closely linked to Malaga and its surrounding area. On the way to the different spots we saw amazing sights and got amazing facts about all of the things we passed. The tour guide was really friendly and was very knowledgeable about everything we passed and ate . It is an amazing tour and I would highly recommend. We did the food tour with Rosarillo and two other guests. The tour was amazing, we had a great time going through the different stops staring with the market. There was plenty of food and drinks and great conversation throughout, we had a great host.
This was the best tour ! We sampled so many unique dishes from Malaga paired with wines! Our tour guide Rosarillo was so amazing. She is just a delightful person and the best guide.
We had people who were late and some with food restrictions but our guide went over and above to accommodate everyone the best she could. We started in the crowed market which is a little hectic eating, drinking and standing at 3 stops but well worth it and the next stops were more accommodating. Rosario did a great job let us know about the history and culture on our walk around to the stops. I highly recommend this tour!!
Our fun guide Rosario took us through the food market where we had our first tapas and wine. Then a walk through the city pointing out many historical sites. We stopped for tapas throughout the city accompanied with local wines. We highly recommend this tour and Rosario.
