1. Arrêt alimentaire 1- Nouilles artisanales décorées de fleurs comestibles. , Servi avec racine de lotus, fleur de bananier, haricot long, cornichons fermentés et légèrement épicés à la cambodgienne, herbes fraîches locales et piment facultatif.
Arrêt de restauration 2 à proximité du magnifique palais de la cuisine locale de la route 60. - Galette de riz farcie de porc haché, crevettes et germes de soja. Servi avec une délicieuse sauce aux arachides et une variété d'herbes et de légumes frais locaux.
3. Arrêt restauration 3- Gâteau frit salé, d'influence chinoise mais typiquement cambodgien. Gâteau à base de riz farci aux oignons nouveaux, servi avec une trempette sucrée aux arachides.
Arrêt alimentaire 4 - Poisson fermenté cambodgien cuit sur une planche à découper (Pro Hook Dot), petit poisson de huit millimètres de long pêché dans le Tonlé Sap et le fleuve Mékong, qui a été haché et écrasé pour être cuit avec de la citronnelle, de l'ail et du galanga. Servi avec légumes et riz.
Arrêt 5 : Riz gluant et cocktails. , -Récupérez des desserts cambodgiens au vieux marché. -Dégustez-les dans un bar voisin, dans un quartier calme et verdoyant, où vous dégusterez un cocktail rafraîchissant.

We booked the tour a few days ago and it was the best experience we made with Yi! He knows what tourists like to eat and he's very kind and attentive. This tour was beyond amazing. If you go to Siem Reap, I highly recommend this food tour to learn about the local culture through culinary cuisines. We went from restaurant to restaurant experiencing dishes we would have never discovered on our own, as well as learning the history about the classic popular dishes. The entire tour felt like we were eating with a long-time friend. Sharing stories over beer and delicious food. We ended the night in this beautiful traditional Cambodian-style home near Pub Street, but it was bar with tasty drinks and local spirits. If you are able to go with an open mind, this will be the best tour for you. Siem Reap is so much more than Angkor Wat.

Different styles of food type. From noodles, fish, doughnut balls, it was all flavourful and a good explanation given of different ingredients and methods used. Something that would be useful would be a takeaway note of each dish & the name of location in case anyone would like to revisit or recommend
