Si vous effectuez une recherche sur Google ou d'autres réseaux sociaux, il existe même 100 restaurants recommandés et je suis sûr que vous pouvez le faire vous-même. Mais peut-être que c'est recommandé uniquement aux touristes, pas comme les gens locaux le mangent habituellement. Pour vous aider à gagner du temps, cette visite gastronomique se concentre sur une expérience LOCALE, goûte la meilleure cuisine locale et découvre le mode de vie, la culture et l'histoire vietnamiennes.

Explorez le vieux quartier avec 36 rues, goûtez à l'élite culinaire ici et voyez comment la population locale survit dans le vieux quartier. Respirez l'atmosphère animée de Beer Street. Il y a quelques plats que vous allez essayer (c'est flexible, cela dépend de vos intérêts, même si vous êtes végétarien ou mangez de la nourriture casher) : Bami (pain vietnamien), Pho (soupe de nouilles), Banh cuon (crêpe de riz cuite à la vapeur), Bun cha, Bœuf séché salade, dumpling, riz gluant, rouleaux de printemps (frais/frits), fruits mélangés, riz gluant avec glace, fameux café aux œufs,... Nous allons vous montrer comment traverser la route au Vietnam, comment prononcer quelques phrases simples pour communiquer avec la population locale. Après la visite, vous serez comme un Vietnamien. Cette visite convient même aux VÉGAN ou VÉGÉTARIEN : nous mangerons dans un magasin local donc le tofu n'est pas disponible, ce sera de l'oignon/des germes de soja/un légume. Ce ne sera pas diversifié comme un "restaurant végétalien spécifique" mais toujours délicieux.
