Brian was fantastic, knowledgeable, and awesome. Food picks were perfect. Totally different and exciting. Great places that the average tourist would probably wouldn’t know to go to. I would only mention to the people who don’t like mayo, mustard, or sauces to just let him know in advance to get put on the side. I just scraped it off and it still was fantastic!!!!!
Hi Debbie, We truly appreciate your kind words! We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs and we're happy you enjoyed the food on our tour!
I had a great experience on the New Orleans Garden District food tour. One of the highlights for me was getting to try foods I probably wouldn’t have ordered on my own—everything felt thoughtfully selected and gave a real taste of the area’s culinary variety. Our tour guide, Brian, really made the experience stand out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesting history about the Garden District in a way that felt engaging and easy to follow, not overwhelming. We even had a brief interruption from a few pugs along the way, which honestly just added to the charm of the day—they were adorable and gave everyone a good laugh. Overall, it was a fun, informative, and delicious way to explore the neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.
Hi Melissa, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the variety of foods and that Brian helped make the experience both engaging and memorable. Those surprise pug encounters sound like the perfect touch of charm! 😂 We’d love to have you join us again anytime!
Our guide Brian was FABULOUS! Super knowledgeable about the places we were visiting and the food! Food was delicious at every stop! Each spot was vastly different from one another, but also meshed very well. We actually loved one of the places so much we went back the next day to order food to take home with us! I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.
Hi Kelsey, This is what we love to hear! Thank you! Brian is amazing and we are so glad you had such a great time with him. The fact that you went back the next day is the highest compliment ever. Come eat with us again soon!
The experience is well worth your time. It shows you a different face of New Orleans away from the French Quarter and everything creole and cajun. The food is a variety of new and old and our guide Kaffey was exceptional. She knew the history of NO, the food styles and was fun and engaging.
Hi Susan, We totally agree! Instead of strolling through tourist traps, we love showing off the culture and history of NOLA. Where locals eat and little tidbits of knowledge make the tour different from the rest. Thank you so much for sharing!
Kaffey was our guide and was full of facts about the lower garden district and was a bundle of fun energy. She was personable , accommodating, and engaging! The places we visited were favorites of the locals and each place was filled with people eating there. Food was yummy ! Our party of 6 really enjoyed it!!
Hi Kathy, Kaffey is an absolute joy! Thank you for sharing your experience!

Hi Eric, Thank you for this review. Brian is wonderful! We hope to see you soon on another tour!
Our guide was fun and informative. He kept the tour moving along at an even pace and allowed the group time to get to know each other as we ate ourselves silly!
Hi Kay! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave this kind review!
Very delicious and fun tour! Kaffey did an amazing job and help accommodate our family. Everything was great to try, the standout was definitely the chocolate house!
