Au marché de Katra Ahluwalia, nous vous ferons essayer 3 à 4 spécialités végétariennes étonnantes comme le Jalebi, l'Aaloo Tikki, le Gol Gappe et l'Amritsari Kulcha.
Ensuite, nous prendrons un tuk tuk pour visiter un autre endroit où nous dégusterons un plat à base de Paneer (fromage cottage) avec des masalas incroyables avec une tasse de Masala Chai.
Ici, nous visiterons un marché alimentaire local et différents restaurants gastronomiques pour découvrir la cuisine locale. Nous aurons quelques plats à base de SOJA qui vous donneront exactement la sensation de la viande. Ensuite, nous aurons une glace locale à base de LAIT.
Ensuite, nous visiterons le bazar le plus branché d'Amritsar. Ici, nous allons essayer des bonbons locaux (composés de pulpe de mangue) et quelques autres aliments locaux à base de riz soufflé, etc.
Non végétarien (facultatif) Ici, vous pouvez essayer le poisson et le poulet Amritsari. C'est définitivement un chemin vers le paradis pour les amateurs de non-végétariens.

It was a great way of eating food from stall holders that we otherwise would have stayed clear of. Informative and knowledgeable. Only thing is that it all had cheese in it, apart from the very last stop.

A good introduction of the street foods in Amritsar, although having some stories behind the foods would make them more memorable. All vegetarian dishes only as it's within the golden temple area. It will definitely get you full y the end of the tour. As I'm not a big eater, I feel bad about not finishing some dishes though.
