Visite fantôme du village de Black Creek

Description

Did this for Halloween and had an awesome time! Irene was super welcoming at the front desk and helpful. Amy was an awesome tour guide! She was funny, informative, and super caring when we got spooked by a haunting (a chair moved on its own in the Manse House?!?!?- no idea how that happened!!). The tour was well-paced and a decent size of 23 people. It was a way to rediscover Black Creek after growing up in the area and thought there was no reason to return as a local. Would highly recommend to both tourists and locals. I'd like to go back for their "Alone in the Dark" series and their other tours. Thanks for a great and very spooky activity to do on Halloween!
Well organized . Are guide was knowledgeable and well spoken. Bring a warer bottle and check the weather
I believe there is spiritual activity at the Village at Black Creek but if you are serious about experiencing something, be prepared for other guests to play around and make noises and knocks and footsteps, thinking they are being funny. Also, everyone is given little flashlights and everyone is asked to not shine it in people's eyes, and the whole night people were shining them everywhere and It was brutal. We had a wonderful experience in 2024 but unfortunately this year, idiots made it very unenjoyable. Our guide Amy was wonderful but others ruined it for us.
We had a great time on this tour. Thomas was very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. Not only did we get to hear some good ghost stories and see some historic buildings, we also saw a few animals, including different birds, a racoon, a small snake and a groundhog. Well worth the visit!
Although the tour was done during dusk in the summer, it was quite an enjoyable experience. Our guide Cate, was very friendly. Beyond sticking to the script, she asked guests questions to try to make the experience more personal. Although I have been to pioneer village once before, it has a very different vibe eerie feeling when there are fewer people there, which was unique. My brother and myself had some "supernatural experiences" without giving it away. Overall, if you come with zero expectations, just keep an open mind and you will enjoy yourself.
Cool but would’ve been better in the dark. Also would’ve liked time to explore the entire village. Didn’t care for how the guide spoke to me. There’s a way to say things nicely.
