La section la plus célèbre des Musées du Vatican, le musée Pio Clementino, contient bon nombre des points forts les plus importants du musée. Votre guide vous conduira à travers la Salle des Animaux, où vous pourrez repérer les statues de faune ressemblant à la vie du monde entier. Dirigez-vous vers la Cour octogonale où une petite fontaine coule en arrière-plan de statues célèbres telles que le Laocoon et l'Apollon du Belvédère. Aucun guide n'est autorisé à parler à l'intérieur de la Chapelle Sixtine. Cependant, votre guide vous préparera à l'avance pour votre temps libre à l'intérieur afin que vous sachiez quoi observer
Votre visite se termine près de l'endroit où elle a commencé, après l'escalier en colimaçon à l'entrée des Musées du Vatican.
Lorsque l'option est sélectionnée, l'accès est fourni à la basilique Saint-Pierre, en évitant les files d'attente. Une visite n'est pas prévue à l'intérieur de la basilique, seulement l'accès. Votre visite se terminera aux marches de la place Saint-Pierre par une introduction faite par votre Guide après quoi vous serez seul pour continuer à explorer.

- Un code vestimentaire est requis pour entrer dans les lieux de culte et certains musées. Pas de short ni de haut sans manches autorisés. Les genoux et les épaules DOIVENT être couverts pour les hommes et les femmes. Vous risquez de vous voir refuser l'entrée si vous ne respectez pas ces exigences vestimentaires.
- L'enregistrement est effectué 15 minutes avant l'heure de début de la réservation. Les billets sont sensibles à l'heure et nous ne pouvons pas accueillir les arrivées tardives.
- Les clients ayant un handicap certifié de plus de 75% ont droit à l'entrée gratuite au Vatican et n'ont pas besoin d'un billet. Pour les clients qui ne sont pas autonomes, l'entrée gratuite est étendue à un compagnon.
- Veuillez inclure tous les noms tels qu'ils apparaissent sur vos passeports lors de la réservation. Les billets ne sont pas transférables et si les noms figurant sur votre réservation ne correspondent pas à votre pièce d'identité, l'accès pourrait vous être refusé et aucun remboursement ne vous sera dû. Tout changement de nom doit être communiqué au moins 72 heures à l'avance.

- Important : Du 12 janvier au 31 mars 2026, des travaux de conservation du Jugement dernier de Michel-Ange seront effectués. La chapelle Sixtine restera ouverte aux visiteurs; toutefois, la fresque ne sera temporairement pas visible en raison d'échafaudages. We could not be more thankful that we booked this tour!!!! The experience was seamless from beginning to end and we absolutely adored our guide Maria Laura!!!! The meeting point was easy to find, we even grabbed a quick cappuccino across the street before it began. Once we met our guide, we walked across the street to the entrances where we were led to a special line for guided tour groups only. While we did have to wait for about 10-15 minutes (this is the line to go through security and officially enter Vatican City), our amazing guide kept it interesting! She gave us background information and explained what would happen on the tour, making the initial wait time pass quickly. If you can, book the earliest tours available— Our time was at 8:30am and were told that by 10/11, it becomes a madhouse! Once we made it through security, Laura expertly navigated through the museums hitting the highlights, providing amazing information, and answering our questions. Quick note: they provide headsets that attach to your ear allowing you to hear your guide even in the crowded spaces if you are not directly next to them! Great accessibility! The best part about this tour was our easy entry to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. We went straight in from the museums and did not have to wait in an additional line to enter. Since you are not permitted to speak in the Sistine Chapel, Laura explained the details ahead of time before we entered. This was great because it allowed us to notice the details that she taught us while we observed later on! I cannot express enough how worth the money this tour was. The small group of 10 is also DEFINITELY worth it— it is so crowded inside that I couldn’t imagine navigating and staying together with a larger group. This tour is highly rated and highly recommended for a reason. EcoArt hires amazing guides and creates a wonderful experience. Well worth being able to skip the long lines. The tour did get a little long for the teenagers. It was busy, so the tour ended up being longer. However, the information provided by Lorena was great. She was very knowledgable and it was helpful to understand the background of the art. The downside to the longer tour is that by the time we were to the end and in the basilica everyone was tired and hungry. I wish we would have had spent more time the Basilica.

After that, guests are free to remain inside and explore independently for as long as they wish, so there was no time limit on your visit to the Basilica. Both my wife and I really enjoyed the tour. Every turn there is a painting or sculpture to be blown away by. Better still to have the understanding of the pieces of artwork or structures explained by Giuseppe truely made the tour! I would highly recommend this tour
