À seulement 2 km de la vieille ville médiévale de Sienne, dans la magnifique campagne toscane vallonnée, la visite viticole exclusive avec dégustation « Terre, climat et goût » vous fera découvrir la gastronomie et le vin locaux ainsi que le monde fascinant des vins durables. Un voyage à travers les secrets de la viticulture à l’ère du changement climatique. Conçue pour tous les amateurs de bons vins et de bonne chère, cette expérience intimiste est prévue pour 8 personnes maximum et est animée par l'un des propriétaires du domaine. La visite du domaine viticole sera suivie d'une dégustation sensorielle guidée pour capter et décomposer les différents profils organoleptiques qui participent à la complexité de nos vins millésimés et de réserve privée. Enfin, vous profiterez d'un déjeuner complet avec les bons accords mets et vins qui raviront votre palais et nourriront votre âme.

Dans notre vignoble biologique, vous serez initié, avec des termes clairs et simples, aux différents écosystèmes complexes impliqués et aux principales techniques agronomiques. de la durabilité environnementale à l’ère du changement climatique.
Dans notre cave, nous examinerons les concepts de base d'une vinification de qualité sous un angle insolite point de vue : celui des micro-organismes, véritables protagonistes du processus du raisin au vin.
Dans notre salle de dégustation exclusive, nous approcherons 5 de nos vins biologiques millésimés et de réserve privée, avec la vue, l'odorat et le goût, pour capturer ce que nous aimons. le plus important sur le vin : le monde complexe des émotions.
Votre séance de dégustation se terminera par un déjeuner complet, préparé selon des menus de saison pour ravir votre palais, accompagné de nos vins et extra vierge bio. huile d'olive.

If you are in Siena this is a must do. Lorenzo was so interesting, the wine was amazing and the food was just as delicious. Must not miss!
Wonderful day exploring how an independent family owned winery managed all the complexities of operating a high quality winery. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and led us through the vineyard and into the immaculate production area; the wine tasting with a first class lunch in a beautiful Tuscan courtyard setting, was informative and insightful without pretention. And of course the wine was excellent! Thank you for a great experience!!
The owner takes a lot of pride in what he does and can answer any questions about wine making. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Truly an experience of a lifetime! Gianluigi helped us to feel at home in a heavenly environment and walked us through the grape growing and wine making process before tasting many different wines made right there at La Lastra Winery. The wines were paired with perfect combinations of amazing morsels of pasta, cheeses, and foods grown at their farm. The olive oil used was also made there. I would recommend the exclusive tour! Indeed a day I will never forget!

We had a wonderful time at Azienda agricola La Lastra. The sommelier was very interesting and informative. We had a wine tasting ( 5 full glasses) and a delicious meal to accompany the wine. Definitely our favorite vineyard we visited in Tuscany.

Amazing! A humble and simple place, family run! Courtesy and preparation are the masters, the tour between vineyard and cellar was perfect with simple and clear explanations. The tasting has the note of merit given the addition of a varied light lunch that can be combined with the various wines. Definitely recommended. A beautiful organic winery! We will be back
I visited this beautiful vineyard with my wife! It was a top highlight of our 3 week visit in Italy! The owner and his family could not have been more friendly. I definitely take for granted all they have to fight to make wine and olive oil, from the weather, soil, fungus, bugs and government. The property could be a movie set. The lunch we had was 5 stars. It was a private lunch and tasting with the owner explaining the wines and olive oil. More food and wine that we could consume. There was no pressure to purchase wine, but we bought a case and will buy more!! Love it!! Do this experience!!
