Such an interesting experience! I highly recommend it. I think you can book right through the Crypt so don’t need to use this vendor but it worked well for us so no regrets.
Not too long buy tickets ahead of time. Just makes it easier. You can go through without a tour or audio. The good stuff is at the end but audio explains the crypts
We got off to a slow skip the line start because a group of 100 (not a typo) was in front of our small group. Our guide did his best to get us started and to navigate around such a large group. I thought he handled the situation the best anyone could given the dynamics. Our guide was knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. The museum area and the crypts are amazing. It was a very interesting tour. I would recommend for adults and older kids.

We did this tour with slobodan the Serbian guy. He was excellent, very informative and lightened the tour up with a few jokes. Well worth the money
was an excellent historical place to visit. We met up with a great guide full of information about the friers. After your tour go back & read up on more info. Not a busy place, a hidden gem.
Our tour guide was very informative and if you love dad jokes then definitely go with this tour. I’m not disappointed but I guess I was more expecting that the crypt was at least a few stories underground rather than a couple feet.
My favorite experience. Slob was incredible! Best tour guide this trip! Great English speaker. He managed to balance the trip with historical facts and keep it enjoyable. The crypts were a beautiful experience with an eerie factor. Can’t recommend this tour enough.
What an amazing tour!!!Our tour guide was great. He explained everything about the Monks and why they did what they did. He respect for the crypt was very touching. We did this over seeing other sites in the area and were glad we did. It was not creepy of weird. It was a very impressive display of respect for life and death. Highly recommend and would do again.
