Itinéraire
Au départ de votre hôtel, dirigez-vous vers le cirque Maximus. En longeant le parcours, une vue imprenable sur l'ancien stade de courses de chars se déploiera, embrassée par la majestueuse colline Palatine, la résidence des empereurs romains.
Arrêt sur la colline de l'Aventin, historiquement la résidence des consuls romains. Aujourd'hui, c'est le seul quartier avec des villas du . Visitez l'Orange Garden, où vous vous arrêterez pour profiter de l'une des plus belles vues de la ville. Passez par l'ancienne église Santa Sabina, construite dans les années 1200, dans votre voiturette de golf et continuez jusqu'à la pyramide de Cestius, la seule pyramide construite à l'époque romaine qui a survécu plus de 2 500 ans.
La vue sur la pyramide depuis la voiturette de golf sera vraiment étonnante. Avec la perspective à 360 degrés qu'offre la voiturette de golf, vous aurez l'impression de pouvoir presque toucher l'histoire.

Enfin, rejoignez le départ de l'Ancien Chemin Appien. Dès le début de la route, voyez le dallage original encore intact sur une grande partie du parcours, les tombeaux des consuls romains enterrés en chemin, et la porte impériale de San Sebastiano, qui est restée intacte depuis le IIIe siècle après JC – tout cela, vécu depuis votre voiturette de golf.
De la porte de San Sebastiano, il est à environ 10 minutes en voiturette de golf aux catacombes. Promenez-vous le long des anciennes murailles d'Aurélien, construites par l'empereur Aurélien, qui servent encore de toile de fond à l'ancienne capitale mondiale. Si la Catacombe de San Callisto n'est pas disponible, nous vous emmènerons à la Catacombe de Sebastiano.

Great tour with Calippo!! We hit all the main spots of Rome, very efficiently and safely in our golf cart ride. We got a summary of the history of what we were looking at along the way. We stopped for a great sandwich and got to see Everything in three hours which was what we needed for our tight schedule. Very friendly service and highly recommend. We felt very comfortable and our time was well spent particularly avoiding walking and the sun by being in the golf cart. The communication was fabulous along the entire booking and meeting spot. I highly recommend this company for a great experience.
