Very enjoyable and definitely worth the money! I learned more about tea and the processing than I had originally planned! About 45 minutes. Calm and well organized.

Description
Our tour experience was absolutely lovely! Our trolley tour was informative, very enjoyable, and fun. My 4 kids and I loved the tour, the tea factory tour, the gift shoppe, and the free tea samples! We highly recommend visiting the Charleston Tea Garden, taking the tours, and visiting the gift shoppe! We will be back again to see the new baby goats!
I highly recommend this experience. We enjoyed the very relaxing atmosphere and southern hospitality, as well as the beautiful large oak trees on the property, which is located close to the famous Angel Oak. We had a great experience, and the tour guide, who was also the trolley driver, was energetic and funny. Inside the gift shop, a video tour of the tea garden's history and processing is offered, and both hot and cold tea tasting is available for free. The gift shop is also well-assorted with all kinds of teapots, making it a great place for collectors of those items, as well as local products such as jam and honey. Of course, they also feature a large variety of American original tea blends and flavored teas from the Bigelow sister brand.
Very cool tour. If you enjoy tea, it’s awesome to hear the history and labor that goes into growing tea. The tour guide was great and the store offers a variety of tea-forward products. Super fun.
This is my second time. I love the trolley tour with the guide named Mary. It is very informative and I learned something new this time. Well worth taking the tour and visiting the store.
This was an informative and fun tour. John is an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide. I leaned a lot about tea. The gift shop has samples and a variety of items available. The key lime cookies are delicious
It’s really good experience and we all enjoyed it. I would like to visit more places through Viator.
The trolley tour was very interesting and complimented the movie documentary shown in the tea processing center. The guide was very entertaining.
It was beautiful and Ellen was so knowledgeable. We had a great time I learned so much. Never realized how much actually goes into tea crops. The history of the farm was interesting and meeting the 4-legged grounds keepers was fun. We will do this tour again with our grandchildren.
We visited the Charleston Tea Garden and learned about Tea Production and cultivation here in the U.S. This is a great place to visit, especially if you are a tea drinker. The trolley tour through the tea fields and the factory tour are very informative. The staff were very nice.
