Itinéraire
Nous commençons par la plage calme et isolée de Carvalho où nous ferons un briefing sur la sécurité et les instructions. Pour accéder à la plage, nous descendons un ancien tunnel creusé dans la roche. Ici, nous pouvons voir la tour rocheuse au large des eaux de Carvalho et ses murs de calcaire courbés.
Après être sortis de Carvalho, nous visitons des grottes cachées en cours de route, puis nous atteignons la plage animée de Benagil où nous pouvons observer le passé historique de la pêche du village.
Ensuite, juste après la plage de Benagil, nous atteignons la célèbre grotte de Benagil, où nous nous arrêterons pour prendre de belles photos du célèbre « gouffre » avec des informations historiques, géologiques et écologiques sur la région de l'Algarve. Après les explications du guide, vous pouvez explorer la grotte par vous-même ou suivre le guide jusqu'à quelques fossiles cachés sympas. Après 30 minutes environ, nous continuons notre aventure et sortons de la grotte avec l'aide du guide.
Après être sortis de la grotte de Benagil, nous pagayons vers la plage de Marinha et, en chemin, nous entrons et visitons d'autres grottes et "dolines" cachées. Lorsque nous arrivons à la plage de Marinha, nous passons sous les célèbres arches de Marinha et nous nous arrêtons pour de superbes photos. Puis nous pagayons en direction de la plage de Carvalho
Si nous avons encore le temps, selon le groupe, nous partons visiter l'"Île du contrebandier". Ici nous entrons dans un gigantesque tunnel à l'intérieur de cette formation rocheuse, et nous observons 2 beaux trous dans le plafond, que nous appelons les "yeux bleus". des photos seront prises
Après être sortis du tunnel de "l'Île du Contrebandier", nous pouvons observer le phare dans toute sa splendeur. Et puis nous retournons à la plage qui se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de ce point.

The sunrise tour with Caio was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the geology and the culture of the area, And very helpful on the paddle boards. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and parking in the broader area. Definitely recommend the sunrise tour when the water is quieter and less busy. Our teens loved it all too. Would recommend!

Booked a small group tour, but we were the only one's paddleboarding, so it turned into a private tour for us. Our guide was Caio, super chill guy and knowledgeable about the region and geography of the area. Even gave us food and restaurant recommendations at the end. It was an amazing experience exploring numerous caves, algars, and arches along the Algarve coast in Portugal.
Really great way to explore the coastline a witness the wonderful natural caves. The boats, explanations and guide were so friendly and welcoming. A great experience for all age groups.
Our kayak tour with Pedro was one of the absolute highlights of our vacation. Even the journey along the coastline was spectacular, and exploring the stunning sea caves made the experience truly unforgettable. The tour is perfect for beginners as well. We learned how to kayak and felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip thanks to Pedro’s calm, encouraging, and professional guidance. What really made the difference was Pedro himself. He was much more than just a guide – his positive energy, great sense of humor, and almost coaching-like approach made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, motivated the group, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The combination of breathtaking scenery, fun physical activity, and an outstanding guide turned this into a truly memorable adventure. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys water sports or wants to experience the Algarve from a unique perspective. Incredible experience with Pancho, an Argentine guide who speaks many languages. We felt safe at all times despite the fact that 2 out of 4 had never been on a paddleboard before. Pancho took us to the caves in the area, which made us feel like we were truly experiencing something surreal, recommended for anyone who loves the sea. We went at 8:30 AM, which I recommend because by around 11:00, when we got out of the water, there was already wind and different conditions, with the sea being a bit more choppy compared to when we entered. The tour is worth every euro paid, and depending on the level and physical condition of the participants, a lesser or greater number of caves and kilometers can be explored, meaning there is flexibility according to what the client seeks. It is recommended to bring sunscreen since the ideal is to wear a swimsuit to be able to go into the sea throughout the tour, as well as sunglasses and a hat, to fully enjoy the experience. Brotherhooz provides you with a dry bag to carry the essentials, although you will only need a towel to dry off when you exit, as the guide will be focused on taking excellent photos of you, which you will receive the same day. Additionally, I recommend going with Pancho as a guide if possible. Unfortunately, he had a tour immediately after ours, and our luggage was in the car, so we could not give him a tip as we would have liked. Therefore, it is advisable to carry a couple of euros during the trip in case you feel like leaving him an extra tip.
Amazing tour with Miguel! We paddled along the coast line and saw lots of incredible caves. Felt safe at all times with Miguel whilst learning the history of the coastline, the Algarve and wildlife. The tour was 2 hours which didn’t feel that long. Great vibes and plenty of photo opportunities. Much better than doing a boat tour to see the caves!!
Amazing experience! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to tour the caves via the sea. So easy to do, and views like no other. 10/10
We thoroughly enjoyed our SUP experience! Our guide Pouco was patient while we tried to adjust to ocean paddling versus our usual lakes and rivers. We were a small group of 4, which was an added bonus. SUP was a great way to get right inside the caves. Beautiful!
