- Restrictions de poids : Pour une réservation d'un seul passager pesant 230 livres ou plus, un poids combiné (2 passagers) de 400 livres ou plus ou pour les groupes de 3 personnes ou plus un poids moyen de 190 livres ou plus un siège supplémentaire doit être acheté au moment de la réservation. Tout passager de plus de 250 lb, quel que soit le poids combiné, doit acheter un siège confortable. Ceci pour la sécurité et le confort de tous les passagers à bord.
- SEUL VOTRE TÉLÉPHONE PORTABLE EST AUTORISÉ À BORD. AUCUN AUTRE APPAREIL PHOTO N'EST AUTORISÉ ! Air Maui fournira une longe pour les passagers téléphone cellulaire qui sera porté autour du cou en tout temps pendant le vol. Les passagers doivent garder une main sur leur téléphone en tout temps pendant le vol. Air Maui n'est pas responsable si vous perdez votre téléphone.
- Les enfants doivent être âgés d'au moins 10 ans pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes. Un adulte doit accompagner toute personne âgée de 10 à 18 ans. Seul l'âge de 16 ans et plus peut s'asseoir sur un siège bord/extérieur.
- Pas de chapeaux, sacs, lunettes de soleil ou tout objet en vrac autorisé. Nous fournissons des lunettes que vous devez porter. Si vous avez des lunettes de prescription qui est très bien s'il vous plaît porter la plus petite paire ou des lentilles car ils doivent aller sous les lunettes.
- Doit porter des chaussures à bout fermé ou des sandales qui s'attachent à vos chevilles. Pas de tongs ni de slides.
- Les cheveux longs doivent être attachés en chignon ou en tresse.
- Air Maui fournira à chaque passager une veste coupe-vent que tous les passagers pourront porter pendant le vol.
- Politique d'annulation : Pas de remboursement ou de report dans les 48 heures du vol. Pour les groupes de 12 jours ou plus, un préavis de 7 jours est requis.
- Tous les noms et poids des passagers DOIVENT être indiqués au moment de la réservation. Sous la représentation du poids corporel peut entraîner l'annulation à l'enregistrement sans remboursement.
- Non accessible en fauteuil roulant. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour fauteuil roulant pour accueillir les passagers en fauteuil roulant et le personnel ne peut pas aider personnellement ou physiquement les gens à monter dans l'hélicoptère
- Helicopter est une cabane partagée de 6 passagers et un pilote sur chaque vol.
- Rien dans tes poches. Le cas échéant, nous garderons les clés de voiture dans le bureau pendant que vous volez.
- Les clients doivent payer le stationnement avec le code QR à l'entrée de l'héliport. Nous avons aussi le code QR dans notre bureau. CARTE DE CRÉDIT SEULEMENT.
- Les trajets et les sites touristiques peuvent varier en raison de la météo.

This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!
This was one of the most amazing excursions I have ever been on. We saw the most amazing landscape that can only be seen via helicopter. The pilot was awesome and all the ladies in the office were amazing.
This was an amazing experience! Better than we could have possibly imagined. From start to finish our pilot Cameron made us feel safe and was a superb guide as well as a pilot. He narrated the entire flight and was super knowledgeable. We would absolutely do it again!

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad we booked the doors off tour. We were extremely blessed with perfect weather, a double rainbow, and all waterfalls flowing. The views are truly stunning. The helicopter was a thrill to ride in and my 9 year old felt a lot more comfortable with a seat right next to the pilot.

The communication was outstanding from start to finish, from registration through the pre-flight instructions. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and organized, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved the doors-off flight. Our pilot, Kirk, was knowledgeable, informative, and made the ride both enjoyable and comfortable. Most of all, the views were simply breathtaking—far beyond what we could have imagined. This was the best excursion, and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny, and it was my favorite part of the whole trip. You will see waterfalls and views that you can only see from a helicopter or plane.

First time ever in a helicopter AND with no doors haha. The crew (front desk to the pilot) were very friendly and explained all the details to make the process very smooth. The views were jaw dropping and absolutely breathtaking. Highly, highly recommend taking the tour with Air Maui

We loved this helicopter tour! Pilot Richie was great and very entertaining, and it was a smooth flight. The views of Molokai are incredible. The Doors Off flight gets a bit chilly, but the jackets they give you to wear were sufficient. I would suggest wearing pants or leggings if you get cold easily and plan to sit on the outside edge. Also, I have very long, fine hair and, even though I braided it, it was very tangled where it pulled out around the headset, all along the crown of my head. I would suggest maybe a very tight, gelled French braid or, if is allowed, a wide stretchy headband as well as a braid. Overall, one of our top experiences in Maui!
