It is a great way to get to see all the most important sites to see as a traveler. You get informed of the importance of what you're looking at and it is also a very safe way to see it all.
Easy way to get a good view of the key sites in the city. We found it was cheaper to move about this way rather than take an uber and due to mobility issues, the metro was out for us. Keep in mind you need sunscreen in if you are up top.
It's a skanky old bus where they pack on as many people as they can. No air conditioning at all. Complete lies that there is air conditioning. Horrendous city to visit never again.
You will see the most important sites in Paris. Excellent buses with fabulous drivers. I must complement the drivers: they are very patient with some very difficult travelers.
The whole idea of having transport throughout the day between sites made the day so easy. One of us lost wallet on the bus. It was handed in, and when I called the number on the map, Laura was extremely helpful and made our day. She had notified our hotel, and arranged a place where the bus driver stopped and called her so she could check identity and return it in person. I would definitely use them again after such personal care.
Meeting point was very unclear and never emailed to me. Your information was brief, limited, and also played sometimes 2-3x in a row. Informative at times but I think the info could be updated.
Great way to maximize a short stay in Paris. The app makes using the service ultra easy.
No guidance to headphones, had to figure it out. Bus was dirty, driver was heavy on brakes in heavy traffic so entire trip spent jolting back and forth. No cover on top deck in high heat and the recording was pathetic….
When you board the bus don’t forget to grab plug in head phones. The headphones did not work well in the seats where I sat so we got off early. The second time the headphones worked okay but didn’t seem to coordinate with what we were seeing. There was a lot of time in between sites. All in all it was just okay. We did the Tootbus River Cruise the next day. It was more informative. The docent tried to engage the crowd but wasn’t interested. To be fair it was really hot.
This was a great way to take a break from the heat while still seeing the sights and get a feel for the city. We also noticed it was a different view of the city from the top of the bus, at street level there was way too much going on.
