We had an excellent experience with Emma as our tour guide. She made the trip so comfortable with the constant presence of her voice through out the tour. Updating us with the history of the buildings and so much knowledge on the history of England. Perfect afternoon cruise with Emma
We had a great experience to see most of the best attractions in central London. We started the Classic route followed by Essential route. We’re supposed to get another ride from King’s Cross and Pancras but the driver (Red route) said to us that it’s finished and the bus was terminated in this area. It’s only 5pm that time, so we decided to take the underground tube to go to our next destination.
Robin Spencer was the best royal tour
Robin Spencer our tour guide was excellent, personable, highly knowledgable and made the tour truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Book any other hop on/off operator. We booked Golden specifically because of their museum line / route and the fact that there was a stop directly across from our hotel. Bus NEVER came, and never stopped at the designated stops on their route. As we waited saw other hop on/off buses come by regularly like every 15 minutes, while we waited more than 40+ minutes till we gave up. Customer service as bad when we complained. App terrible and no number to call (but do they sure text you!).
We just had the most awful experience with one of the drivers. He also refused to give his name and I will be sending in a formal complaint to Golden tours. He was incredibly rude and embarrassed us, a party of 7 of adults and children. We shall not be taking the Golden Tours again or recommending them to anyone. Thank you
