Attention - there are several companies that hardly differ visually and in price. We booked 5 tickets directly with the red bus, offered by Copenhagen. Very poorly signposted, only 1 route, you cannot stay seated after the first. The introductory round and "ejection" and start differ. In Christiania, the bus stopped so briefly that we couldn't get out and had to go back. And the starting point in Christiania was not found. For multiple people, it's better to rent an Uber, they are plentiful.
Hello Jutte, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the signage and clarity around stops and routes made your trip frustrating, as it should be easy to navigate and enjoy. Your feedback is important to us, and we would appreciate the chance to look into this further—please feel free to contact us at info@stromma.dk. Kind regards, Stromma Denmark
Terrible organisation There was unclear advice on the shuttle from the cruise terminal to the sightseeing bus. We were told to get off the bus only to be told to get back on it! There is the option of three loops but despite being told the green loop bus was being held for us, it was full and left without us, this meant we were going to have to wait at least 30 mins before the next bus. If you are moderately fit you can walk to most points of interest using Google maps. Ended up asking for refund which was accepted hence the one star.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration you experienced with the shuttle and bus connections, as well as the inconvenience of missing the intended departure. That is not the level of organization or clarity we aim to provide. We also understand how disappointing it must have been after being given conflicting information and then having to wait longer than expected for the next bus. We’re glad your refund was processed, but we fully appreciate that this does not undo the disruption to your plans. Your comments are taken seriously and will be shared with our operations team to improve communication, coordination, and passenger guidance going forward. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
Good service bus drivers great
Thank you for your feedback of our tour and the driver.
A good way to get familiar with the city and pick up some trivia information and a bit of history too (n ot much)
Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. We really apprecciate it. We are happy to hear that you liked our tour. Best Regards Stromma Denmark
I have always loved a good HOHO tour. You get to see the main sights of the area and you get to choose what you get off to see and for how long. The buses were running pretty frequently while we were there, and the loop wasn’t so big that it took hours to get around. I do wish there could be a couple a little closer in the middle maybe where you could easily get across too and either double back to something you want to go back to, or to skip part you don’t want to see again. Although, as I said, it wasn’t that this loop took an extremely long time like some places.
We like to use the hop-on/hop-off buses in foreign cities to get an overview. Here we were disappointed for many reasons. At first the sights are poorly visible from the bus, the audio somehow did not fit the location, so we and other guests were partially completely lost there. In addition, there was endless shunting at the cruise port. For the comparatively high price, the added value was low. We wouldn't use it again.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not found the tour living up to your standard. As we always aime to make our product better we hope you reported the delay or missing information to our staff so we could followup on the issue. Best Regards
Route was OK . Info on attractions could be more. Had trouble finding correct bus as apparently there are 3 or more hop on/off buss operators with almost identical red buses. In time of booking no map or instructions on stations ware given so had to find my own way. It is good way to see city when you have limited time. Definitely not the best way.
We bought a 24 hour ticket £65 we got on at Tivoli gardens went three stops to Christiansborg Palace, returned to the bus stop at 14.40 to wait for another bus to take us to the Amalienborg Palace at 15.10 we were still waiting, the bus arrived at 15.15 (the girl had told us in the kiosk 8minutes) we arrived at bus stop 3 for the place too late to purchase a ticket. So for 5 stops it cost £65 as we didn’t bother to wait for another bus we got the metro back to our hotel! Disappointed as we left the next day, it is simply day light robbery, £13 a bus stop they need to have more buses at least one every 15 minutes.
Thank you for the feedback. As per our timeschedule online the busses run aprox. every 35 min. However sometime in the city there is a lot of traffic delaying the busses. We are sorry that you had a bad experince on the day of traveling. Did you aproche our ticket selling staff to get help.
Routes were good. Glad that there were so many sights spread over three different routes. Really liked the "find my bus" feature. Some drivers very much better than others. USB chargers were pretty spotty, with many of them broken.
When we finally found the right bus in chaos and drivers who could not speak a word Danish, the trip - the one we reached - was fine enough. Unfortunately we were fooled by having read that the bus ran every 25 minutes or so. And it was just run. And then we didn't get any more, as they stop driving already at 17 o'clock.
Hej Mette, Tak for din tilbagemelding.
