Visite du volcan Merapi en jeep avec pick-up

Very fun day trip from Yogyakarta to see the Volcano in the morning (not sunrise). My guide Fery was amazing - very knowledgeable about the volcano and the history of Indonesia. He introduced me to “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika“, the national motto of Indonesia - sort of like E pluribus unum”.

Very helpful driver/tour guide. Our driver Fery Made our experience much better. He is punctual, picking you up on time, collets the ticket beforehand and guide you throughout the whole tour

This was an awesome tour! As well as being loads of fun, I came away with heaps of knowlege about the mountain, its eruptive history, food plants & the local communities. Both my driver to the mountain (Kin) & the Jeep driver were considerate & safe drivers. The views were fantastic & right on cue, I got to watch an eruptive flow. Thanks guys!

It was cloudy and I couldn't see to the red crater, but it was very powerful to see the trail of lava flowing in front of me. Thank you to Brian for teaching me so much about Indonesia during the pick-up and drop-off, and to Wynn for his enthusiastic guide.

We had an amazing time with our driver, Brian, and our jeep driver/guide Win. Brian picked us up right on time bright and early from our hotel and Win was waiting at Mt. Merapi with the jeep. The tour was really interesting and informative, including lava flows, bunker, and museum, with a lot of talk about the 2006 and 2010 eruptions. If you don’t do the sunrise tour, get there before 8 am as the clouds rolled in really fast by 9 am. Brian and Win were really friendly and Brian also gave us a lot of local food recommendations. We highly recommend this tour (also booked just the day before and all went smoothly).

We were picked up right on time from our hotel in the morning by our driver, Brian, and appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Upon arriving at the jeep basecamp, Aldi took over and gave us a fantastic Mount Merapi tour. We were lucky to have clear skies, and Aldi made sure we enjoyed the best views. He’s a friendly and funny guide—and an excellent photographer too! I would definitely recommend everyone to book a tour with them.

We had ane exhilarating trip up to Mount Merapi and saw the residue of ash from the erruption. Our guide from Yogyakarta, Yoyokk was wonderful, sharing the history, culture that gave us a real insight into life here on a Volcanic insland!

This was a great tour of Merapi! Easy and efficient pick-up from Yogyakarta. Great driver in clean car drove me safely to the basecamp from my hotel and then returned me after tour. Tour of Merapi was fantastic. Great friendly and knowledgeable guide. It was a fantastic trip and the cost was equal to the value for excellent transport and tour!!

Friendly driver who gave us good and relevant information in fine English. He drove reliably and safely after which we had an unforgettable experience on Mount Merapi with the jeep. Highly recommended!
