Rejoignez un membre de l'Association Espagnol de dégustation de vin et d'autres Anglais (principalement des couples) pour une visite du plus vieux quartier de Madrid. Nous visiterons mes établissements préférés pour déguster leurs spécialités et boire des vins exclusifs de ma collection unique. • Petit groupe de luxe (8 max) • Des vins Espagnols inoubliables que vous ne trouverez dans aucun autre circuit.

Itinéraire
La Latina est le plus ancien quartier de Madrid. On peut encore y voir des bribes du mur qui le protégeait au XIIe siècle. C'est une visite des meilleurs bars, aliments et vins de La Latina.
Mesure 1: La visite commence à siroter mon vermouth préféré à la pression. Nous allons l'associer aux olives Chupadedos. Ces olives sont de la variété verdial et sont assaisonnées avec du poivre, de l'ail, de l'origan et de l'huile d'olive, ce qui donne une saveur très agréable et délicieuse.
Bar 2 : Nous allons boire du vin comme ils le faisaient au 19ème siècle et déguster de la morue des îles Féroé frite à l'huile d'olive.
Mesure 3: C'est l'un des plus beaux bars à vin de Madrid. Nous dégusterons Altos de Torona Albariño, vainqueur du Challenge international du vin 2022. Nous accompagnerons le vin d’un type spécial de tapas appelé « tostas ».
Mesure 4 : Il est maintenant temps d'aller plus profondément dans le Vieux Madrid à travers ses rues pavées étroites et de faire notre chemin vers le restaurant le mieux noté du quartier. Nous allons nous asseoir pour déguster 3 étoiles Michelin Iberico Filet.
Mesure 4 : Il est maintenant temps de commencer avec les rouges. Je vais déboucher différents vins de ma propre cave. J’ouvre des vins exceptionnels comme Matas Altas ou Dominio de Loalva 2018.
Mesure 4 : Pour clore la nuit, nous dégusterons le roi de tous les vins de dessert espagnols: Pedro Ximenez. Le vin fera un miracle en transformant la glace à la vanille en rhum et raisins secs.

This was a great tour. Andres was very informative, fun, and knowledgeable. We got to go to some places we never would have gone to without the tour. Food and wine was delicious.
What a wonderful experience highlighting the best tapas and wines around Madrid! Andrez was an outstanding guide. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the food, the regions the wines came from, and interesting bits of local history along the way without overwhelming us. The spots were unique, the pairings were spot on, and we left completely full. It felt like exploring the city center with a local friend. Highly recommend doing this on your first few nights in the city!

We could not have been happier with our tour with Andres. The route and itinerary were convenient and well-planned, not only for the tastings but as a way to introduce us to places in Madrid we might not have found and understood on our own. Andres was thoroughly knowledgeable as a long time Madrid local and wine professional. Our group of 7 came to enjoy the collective experience quickly, in great part because Andres was friendly and congenial, and made us feel at ease in what were clearly local non-touristy spots. Next time in Madrid we’ll sign up again, and we’ll recommend the tour without hesitation.

Andres is a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about Madrid and the Spanish culture. His food and wine pairings were great. I had never considered Vermouth as a wine but it’s part of the culture of Madrid so it was great to learn about and try.
We enjoyed an excellent evening with Andres! His passion for food, wine and the history of Old Town shines through. He introduced us to delicious tapas and wines that we would not have known to experience. As we walked from place to place I was excited to see what was next. Andres is an excellent guide and host and we highly recommend his tour.
Andres was a great guide. The food selection was delicious and the drinks were paired perfectly and generous pours. Our group was 2 other couples. Walking distance and pace was perfect.
Andres was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. He selected great food highlights and wine pairings. Walking between the 3 stops he pointed out some highlights. We thought it was funny that he would point out “this is the best place for…but that’s not where we are going “. Overall very enjoyable.
Thank you for the review!! Yes, I mention other places that have fantastic specialites but that we do not visit. Why?, well a few restaurants in the area are not interested in serving tapas. That is, you have to consume a full dinner if you go in :-( making them impossible to visit for tapas tours :-(
Great tour, bars were interesting, food was beautiful and we drank vermouth and wine that we would never have known about. Andres was great company and very knowledgeable. We were so happy to have spent the evening doing this
