Sortez pour voir, apprendre et explorer toute la beauté du parc, ne passez pas juste devant. Traversez la ville de Boulder et la petite ville de Lyons en montant au parc. Une fois à l'intérieur du parc national, profitez d'une promenade autour d'un lac glaciaire couvert de neige, creusé et damné par les glaciers il y a longtemps. Observez des troupeaux de wapitis paissant sur des herbes riches dans le parc Moraine. Admirez une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et le parc à Many Parks Curve. Assistez à la force destructrice de Dame Nature en marchant autour d'un cône alluvionnaire dans le parc Horseshoe. Visitez le village de montagne d'Estes Park et déjeunez seul dans l'un des nombreux restaurants ou cafés, promenez-vous sur la rivière et profitez de souvenirs et boutique shopping et visitez l'Hôtel Stanley historique. Commencez votre visite à Historic Union Station où votre chauffeur-guide local vous prendra en charge pour la journée.
Traversez le centre-ville de Boulder pour rejoindre le parc national. Voir le campus de l'Université du Colorado à Boulder et Pearl Street.
Entrez dans le parc national des montagnes Rocheuses. Parcourez le parc en faisant des arrêts pour observer la faune et la flore, admirer les sommets montagneux et emprunter des sentiers. Arrêtez-vous dans le parc de la moraine pour chercher des troupeaux de wapitis, de coyotes et de cerfs au pâturage.
Profitez d'une promenade autour du lac Bear ou du lac Sprague, déterminée par vous-même, votre guide et les conditions de conduite. À chaque lac, vous pourrez admirer la vue sur les sommets inspirants tout autour de vous et respirer l'air frais des montagnes. En hiver, notre guide vous fournira des bandes de neige pour que vous puissiez profiter de la beauté en toute sécurité.
Accédez à ce magnifique point de vue et profitez de la vue sur les nombreux côtés du parc. Profitez d'une courte promenade pour des photos et des vues sur les nombreux sommets et vallées du parc.
Écoutez l’histoire de la destruction et constatez le pouvoir de mère nature dans cette belle cascade de ventilateurs alluviaux. Amusez-vous en marchant sur le sentier à côté des énormes rochers qui se sont déposés au fond de la vallée, entendez voir et sentir l'eau de la montagne rocheuse lorsqu'elle descend dans la vallée.
Suivez la rivière à travers le parc Horseshoe et les lacs Sheep tout en cherchant des animaux sauvages le long du chemin. Elk, Bighorn Sheep et Moose ont été vus ici aussi un lieu de prédilection pour les oiseaux et les cerfs.

Passez du temps à votre guise dans le centre-ville d'Estes Park, situé à l'entrée du parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses. Promenez-vous sur l'avenue Elkhorn et découvrez les nombreux magasins d'artisanat locaux et choisissez de déjeuner dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants. Si cela vous intéresse, votre guide vous amènera voir si le magnifique hôtel historique Stanley où Stephen King a été inspiré pour écrire The Shinning.
Visitez l'historique et tristement célèbre hôtel Stanley construit par F.O. Stanley en 1909 et rendu célèbre par le roman de Steven Kings "The Shinning".

Christian was a fantastic guide! She had just the right amount of energy to keep everyone on the tour happy and entertained! There was nothing that Christian did not know...flowers, birds, animals, eco systems, she had all the answers! Christan made the 10 hour trip so enjoyable and interesting! I took this tour as a solo traveler and absolutely loved every minute of it. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park had been a dream of mine, and this experience exceeded my expectations. Even though the weather was quite cloudy, our guide made sure we stopped at the best locations for breathtaking photos of the mountains. We also visited a charming mountain town that was absolutely beautiful and worth exploring. What really stood out was how attentive and knowledgeable our guide was. He was always making sure everyone stayed hydrated, had snacks, and felt comfortable throughout the day. Everything was very well organized and punctual. On top of that, he shared many fascinating facts and stories about Denver, the Rockies, and the places we visited, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Denver, especially if you want to experience the beauty of the Rockies without worrying about transportation or planning. We got our entry time online & brought layers of clothing since the temperature change was a lot that day. The shuttle was easy & there was handicap parking & restrooms. We walked slowly taking in all the wildlife before resting a bit. This is an easy day or a challenging day, depending on how much you want to walk, hike, climb or drive around in a car. We looked for moose all morning & finally about lunchtime we saw a young one drinking water. We didn’t have any trouble breathing in the higher elevation-I brought my inhalers just in case. It’s a must see trip I’ll forever be happy we did. When we got back to our Airbnb…a moose was walking across our driveway casually munching on some long grass!

Our tour guide, Anne, was great! She was knowledgeable in the history of CO and the area of the National Park we were going to be in. She brought us to some beautiful locations and allowed us time out of the van to explore and have photos taken. All fees were covered by the purchase price of the ticket. The meet-up location ar Union Station was perfect. If you are on the fence about it, I would highly recommend booking this tour!
