We joined several activities during our vacation, and this one stood out because everything went smoothly. The organization was simple and stress free, making it easy to just enjoy the experience.
Very short kayaking period 30 minutes Food was poor and cold, plenty of tea coffee soda Safety! As a seafarer and MCA approved STCW instructor it worried me that on boarding I was given a child life jacket, the one I was given had seen better days I saw all the life jackets had their crotch strap cut off, there was no safety brief given I am judging this on an international safety standard for commercial vessel The islands are beautiful and the views stunning But purely on a safety basis try another provider

Visiting the Marine National Park allows you to approach and visit two islets. Each time, we disembark and we can take a steep and summary path. The ascent requires a highly rewarded effort at the top. Wearing sneakers is recommended. The organization is without any reproach.
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed visiting the two islets and appreciated the rewarding views after the hike. Your recommendation about wearing proper footwear is very helpful for future visitors. Your kind feedback is truly appreciated, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. What a great day out! Really well organised, water and coffees and teas on demand and the staff were wonderful and helpful and the lunch was nice too. Snorkelling at the end was abit hit and miss as the coral reef is small and by the swimmers, I saw s few fish, it’s still ok for snorkelling. Overall I’d recommend this to everyone who wants to see this lovely bit of Asia.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your day, and found the trip well organized. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the snorkeling and understand your comments regarding the reef. Your recommendation means a lot to our team, and we are glad you enjoyed this lovely part of Asia. We look forward to welcoming you on another memorable adventure in the future. Best Regards, Tawan Oh-Hoo Team
Bad experiences - Very old ship, bad organization and guide. A way to this please take about 5 hours: 2 hours on the ship to each way and half hour from/to hotel. Hard climb and descent, and all this for5 minutes t be on the top to make photos... A beach not suitable for snoring.

Booked this trip as we were meeting my daughter and her boyfriend from Australia in Thailand. It became apparent to me a few days before that the trip pick up time was over an hour earlier than it was advertised which meant we were unable to make. I spoke to someone at VIATOR who i booked through who assured me they would refund me as i had not heard from the company. 3 months later and countless emails and hours of my life wasted i STILL havent been refunded. my contact is ignored and so now i only want to warn others not to waste money like i have. This company has £135 of my money and refuses to give it back as do VIATOR. DONT USE EITHER
This was a dreary excursion with bad food and drink. Nothing much happened except being transferred from the boat to a longboat and back! The viewpoint was lovely but it didn't warrent the ticket price. Come on Viator you must do better than this. I would also warn vegan and vegetarian readers that the quality of the food was abysmal!
Felt very much looked after throughout the whole trip, lunch very good! V busy, v well managed-thanks!
Decided to book this trip on the penultimate day of our holiday, and feel like we wasted a day to be honest. I know it is a cheap trip but it does fall short. The itinerary does make it seem like there is a lot of stops and loads to see and do but there isn’t. That you will be seeing lots of the marine reserve. But You only stop twice. The walks on the 2 stops are really not for the faint hearted. Be prepared they are very tough and hard work, I would imagine an Olympic athlete would struggle. The cave walk is more like rock climbing and the walk to the lagoon is so steep you may aswell be on ladders. Please note you cannot swim in the lagoon. The snorkelling is done on a small roped off section of the beach and your not allowed out it. So it’s not a free swim, and you might aswell snorkel in a swimming pool. Even the guide said the snorkelling is not good there and recommended another part of Thailand if you want to fish. You spend more time at sea than on land. They also state max capacity of the trip is 50, I would say there 150 on ours, boat was very crammed. Food was what I would imagine is being served in Thai prisons, so if you go call at 7eleven and get stocked with some snacks. I have attached a few photos, and my booking confirmation so they can’t use the good old “sorry we don’t seem to be able to find your booking with us” Save your self the cash and stay around your local beach.
Thank you for your detailed review and for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize that the trip did not live up to your expectations and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We are committed to providing quality experiences and clearly, this time, we fell short. Your feedback is crucial for us to address these discrepancies in the tour description, capacity management, and quality of the offerings. We are taking immediate steps to ensure our future tours better reflect our standards and customer expectations. We value your input and hope to regain your trust. Warm regards, Oh-Hoo Team
