Dans l'hôtel, le système de guide audio récemment mis à jour vous racontera toutes les histoires intéressantes et les secrets du palais. Le moyen le plus pratique et le plus facile de découvrir ce joyau chargé d'histoire est de faire cette visite. Jetez un œil à la vie du très célèbre couple royal, Sisi & Franz Joseph. Après être venu vous chercher à votre hébergement, nous ferons un court trajet jusqu'à cette belle ville, appelée Gödöllő, où nous pouvons trouver ce joyau caché juste à l'extérieur de notre capitale. Le palais a survécu à plus de 3 siècles remplis de tournants historiques. Les traditions historiques, une variété d'événements culturels et son complexe et ses environs merveilleusement restaurés et impressionnants font du Palais l'un des bâtiments et des institutions les plus attrayants et les plus passionnants de Hongrie. Vous pourriez également essayer le gâteau préféré de Sisi !

A lovely short trip. The palace is a bout half an hour drive from Budapest center. Our driver was very courteous and arrived on time. Your driver will drop you at the entrance of the palace and purchase the tickets for you. Then you can take audio-guided tour through the palace. It was surprisingly a nice walkthrough with lots of history, not only focused on Sisi but also on previous owners of the palace and the Hapsburgs in general.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Godollo with our guide, Denny. He knew Habsburg history inside and out, and he took time to show us unique corners and places in the palace. I loved the delicious "Sisi's cake" at the end of the tour. If we are in Budapest again, I would want Denny to be our guide. Highly recommend.

Daniel was the best guide we have had so far. He went above and beyond in helping us. He never rushed us. Sisi's Castle was interesting and worthwhile. All in all, a very enjoyable 3.5 hours.
