L'autre côté de SMA, profitez du moment à la campagne Finca Luna Serena est un producteur d'huile d'olive résident de la région de San Miguel de Allende, expert avec son propre sommelier certifié en huile d'olive. Nous sommes situés à moins de dix minutes de SMA. Nous ne sommes pas un restaurant traditionnel ; nous cuisinons sur commande et proposons souvent une cuisine avec des produits que nous produisons dans notre ferme. Un préavis de 24 heures est nécessaire pour la sélection de plats principaux de chaque participant et tous les besoins alimentaires afin que nous puissions planifier en conséquence. Le transport, depuis le centre commercial Luciérnaga, est disponible gratuitement sur réservation préalable.

Finca Luna Serena est un producteur d'huile d'olive résident de la région de San Miguel de Allende, expert avec son propre sommelier certifié en huile d'olive. Nous sommes situés à moins de dix minutes de SMA, vous aurez une présentation et une discussion sur les produits oléicoles, nous aurons une conversation sur l'histoire de la ferme, nous apprendrons également le processus de fabrication de l'huile d'olive extra vierge, nous aurons une dégustation d'huiles naturelles, Une promenade autour de notre propriété avec discussion sur la gestion des arbres, nous aurons un déjeuner de 5 plats où vous dégusterez - Dégustation de produits oléicoles * Nos Olives Salées, Tapenade, Pain Grillé, * Nos Huiles d'Olive infusées, Vinaigres, Rondelles de Fromage de Chèvre et nous terminerons avec une glace à l'huile d'olive

This was an amazing tour. Karen was the most gracious guide and we learned a lot about olive oil, production and benefits. The tour was a private one - with only my husband and I. We enjoyed a variety of tastings and a delicious lunch! We are definitely going back next time we are in the area!

Victor and Susan are a delightful couple and their story is so interesting. We learned so much information about olive oil and now I understand the difference in the ‘stuff’ in the store versus their product. What a difference in taste! The tequila was the best I have ever had. Lunch was fun and delicious.
The farm is stunning! I had a great time learning about olive oil with Viktor and Toby. It was interesting tasting the different kinds of olive oils. The drive there is very rough and on a bad road but the fields of prickly pear cactus were fun to see. The included lunch was yummy but not outstanding.
Going to Finca Luna Serena has been one of my best experiences since I moved to San Miguel. And the best value for the time and money. The grounds are stunning. The owners ( Victor and Susan) and staff are bend-over-backwards friendly and accommodating. The tasting lunch was delicious. And I learned so much about olive trees, how olive oil is made, and how committed they are to sustainable agriculture. I am going to go back soon for one of their cooking classes. 🌟 x 10 !!!
This is a wonderful educational and culinary experience! The Finca (boutique ranch) is a beautiful location not far from the heart of San Miguel de Allende. I do recommend taking advantage of the transportation provided even if you have your own transportation. We experienced a walking tour of the property with its many olive trees, gardens, beautiful vistas and olive oil pressing equipment. The tour includes a short lecture on the history of olive oil production which was very enlightening and an exquisite lunch! Overall we experienced way more than expected and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and fellowship of our hosts! I highly recommend this tour as you will definitely enjoy this wonderful experience!
This is one of the most amazing experiences we have done. We were able to learn from Victor about how olive oil is extracted and the importance of its usage. The tasting of the various types of oils was an experience everybody should try.
