Lors de cette visite en petit groupe, vous visiterez le marché flottant de Damnoen et le célèbre marché ferroviaire de Maeklong. Arrivé au marché flottant de Damonen, vous monterez dans un bateau à longue queue et rejoindrez les canaux encombrés de canots colorés. Chargés de produits frais, les vendeurs flottent en aval vendant à une foule d'acheteurs sur les berges. L'endroit idéal pour exercer vos talents de négociateur. Passons au marché du chemin de fer Maeklong. Ici, des rangées d'étals s'installent sur les rails et ferment boutique dès qu'ils entendent les trains approcher. Et quand ils passent, c'est le retour au statu quo - un vrai spectacle thaïlandais.

Votre voyage commence par une promenade tranquille à travers les rizières et les champs de sel en direction de Damnoen Saduak, situé à 110 km à l'ouest de Bangkok. La visite se poursuit par un trajet de 30 minutes en hors-bord le long d'une plantation de fruits pour voir les maisons thaïlandaises et le mode de vie traditionnel. Arrivez au marché flottant de Damnoen Saduak et laissez-vous fasciner par les bateaux de différentes formes et tailles utilisés par les marchands locaux pour transporter leurs marchandises. Louez l'un des petits bateaux du marché et achetez des produits locaux !
Votre prochain arrêt sera le marché ferroviaire de Maeklong (Talad Rom Hub). C'est l'un des plus grands marchés de fruits de mer frais de Thaïlande et est centré autour de la voie ferrée du Maeklong. À l'approche des trains, les auvents et les devantures des magasins sont éloignés des rails, puis remis en place une fois le train passé. Après cette excursion passionnante d'une demi-journée, votre guide vous déposera à votre hébergement dans le centre-ville de Bangkok.

Tour guides English was terrible. In a rush for everything. Did not get to walk around train market. Was told we would be paddled around canals which we were not. Had to pay extra for that. Had a bit of time in floating market. But rushed us to leave. Very disappointed

This was a pleasant day outing to Chachoengsao province on the eastern fringes of Bangkok. The day had a variety of interesting experiences, although no standout must see attractions. The main focus was the Wat Saman Rattanaram temple complex with its huge pink reclining Ganesha. The whole complex was a set of boldly coloured statues and temples. Popular with locals, colourful, but a bit Disneyesque. Better was a nearby huge 30m high standing Ganesh statue at Klong Khuean park. Other stops included the historic Klong Suan market, aimed at locals not the over-priced Damnoen Saduak market aimed at tourists. A stop to view fruit bats was a bit of a busman’s holiday to Australians who see these everywhere. The Golden temple was quite attractive, even if the gold was paint, not real. Also included, a cruise on the Bang Pakong river and lunch overlooking the river. Overall, a pleasant diversion for a day waiting for a flight and we appreciated being picked up from our hotel near the airport rather than having to travel into the centre.

This is a great tour if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and see some places that thai people visit. Our tour guide was great. Perfect English, very excited to talk about thai culture and knowledgeable. Lots of very beautiful photo opportunities and our tour guide bought us some yummy thai snacks throughout the day. A good laid back tour which is especially good if you are still fighting jet lag !
<p>Great escape from the city. Such a cool experience. We sat down with our guide and had traditional local coffee and tea at a local shop in the 100 year old market which was wonderful!. I was worried there wouldn't be many fox bats to see, or that they simply wouldn't be there the day we visited, but there are truly so many that our guide gave us an umbrella to walk under so the bats didn't give us any surprises from above. Our guide was great about explaining the religious significance to location we visited, as well as the difference in the religions as this trip highlights the diversity in Thailand's religious population.</p>
<p>We visited markets which were very interesting and visited a few temples. We had a nice lunch on a river followed by a 1/4 hour or so boat ride around a small island. This was interesting to view houses on stilts on the water's edge and a floating market. However one of the temples which by the way wasn't the tourist attraction, was surrounded by trees in which were thousands of noisy bats defecating everywhere. The bats were the tourist attraction. Apart from the fact that these creatures are very noisy, they are high risk disease spreaders. I don't need to travel abroad to see bats as I live in Queensland, Australia and just down the road from where we live are hundreds and hundreds of bats. I feel this particular Temple should not be on the tour's list of places to stop for the sake of everyone's health. The tour guide was very knowledgeable although a little difficult to understand at times. He also had another staff member join us on the tour and she was very helpful with my mobility issues. All in all because we have been to Bangkok many times, we were looking for something different to do, and it was a good tour to experience.</p>
<p>Khao Yai Always Smile and her team were amazing! They picked us up from the hotel on time, we were the only guests on the tour but they did have a team from the company to take photos of our trip. We got a personalized trip with a photographer who was taking photos for the trip. It was awesome. The guide was super helpful, really knowledgable and very kind. She taught us so much about the King and Queen and the history of Thailand. The best guide we had by far, even after 7 tours in 16 days. The tour itself is full of great sights, but the guide was great. The market is a little scary to a foreigner fearing food poisoning, but we did not get ill at all. The people were friendly and warm, inviting and happy to see tourists.</p>
