En chemin, vous écouterez des faits intéressants sur les nombreux points d'intérêt de la région, tels que la vallée de Nahr El-Khab et la statue au sommet d'une colline du Christ-Roi. La grotte de Jeita, finaliste du concours pour les sept nouvelles merveilles du monde, est un incroyable système de grottes dans la roche calcaire de la chaîne de montagnes du Mont-Liban, composé de deux énormes cavernes distinctes. Admirez les milliers de stalactites et stalagmites et faites un petit tour en bateau sur le lac qui couvre le fond de la grotte inférieure.
Harissa, la Dame du Liban où vous pouvez choisir de prendre le téléphérique jusqu'à l'impressionnante statue de 8,5 mètres. Montez à la base de la statue qui domine la ville pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur la côte et la mer.
Byblos, l'ancienne ville du monde est une ville avec une histoire qui remonte à au moins sept mille ans! Ici, vous visiterez le château des croisés du XIIe siècle, qui a été capturé par Saladin lui-même. Vous aurez également le temps de visiter le vieux souk et les églises médiévales construites par les croisés.

I would very highly recommend Citysightseeing Lebanon as a tour company, and this specific trip - as probably their most popular and definitely my favorite of ones I experienced. It's a must for seeing the beauty of Lebanon beyond the urban grit of Beirut. The guides we had at Jeita Grotto and the Byblos ruins were excellent as was our driver for the day who made extra stops along the way to see things that were not on the listed itinerary. I also greatly appreciated their were only 3 of us on the tour. Consider eating a large breakfast or bring snacks. Lunch was not until 2pm but nice selections with what we had.

We were in Lebanon in August 2023. We used the Citysightseeing agency for the Lebanon tour. We had a great time. Exceptional Italian guide (Bassam Mehri), lunch always at the top, excellent choice of places to visit. Avoid the red bus with the group (except for the tour of Beirut in which case it is worth it) and prefer the solution with the personal driver (or in small groups) because the difference is really huge. Everyone who works in this agency has demonstrated maximum availability towards us and passion for their work. Recommended

An excellent trip with excellent guides. A bit to hot in regards to the weather but nothing the organizer can do. The food/lunch was very good also and located in a really nice spot

The trip to Jeita Grotto, Harissa and Byblos was fantastic. The transport was there before the scheduled time with water and biscuits provided. The driver was great and the tour guide (Carla) was so passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgable about the history of her country. All the locations were great, entrance fees were taken care of and the Lebanese lunch at Byblos was a real highlight! I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough and was the perfect way to see more of this beautiful country. Many thanks to Carla and the driver (Michel?) for their hospitality 😊
