La Suisse est célèbre pour le chocolat, mais son ingrédient le plus important ne pousse pas ici. Alors, quelle est cette histoire et d’où viennent les fèves de cacao ? Comment goûter le chocolat avec tous nos sens et que signifie le produire de manière éthique ? Rejoignez notre visite pour le découvrir ! Notre expérience commence par un atelier interactif où vous apprendrez à déguster le chocolat comme un maître dégustateur de chocolat. Votre guide vous fera découvrir l'histoire du chocolat en Suisse, les défis de l'industrie du chocolat et vous fera découvrir une nouvelle génération de chocolatiers suisses et éthiques ! Après l'atelier, nous prenons les transports en commun jusqu'à notre prochain arrêt : une chocolaterie. Vous aurez une chance unique d'observer chaque étape de la production et d'apprendre comment le chocolat est fabriqué, des fèves crues aux barres finies. Et bien sûr, de nombreuses dégustations de chocolat sont incluses au fur et à mesure ! Savourez chaque bouchée en toute bonne conscience ! :-)

Nous commencerons par un court atelier chocolat où nous découvrirons l'histoire du chocolat en Suisse, nous découvrirons comment déguster le chocolat comme un professionnel et nous nous familiariserons avec le modèle de production de chocolat de la fève à la barre.
Notre prochain arrêt sera une chocolaterie, où vous pourrez observer chaque étape de la fabrication du chocolat, de la fève à la barre. Et bien sûr, d’autres dégustations de chocolat vous attendent ! : )

We really enjoyed this tour. We got to taste delicious chocolate but also learn a lot about the process of chocolate making and how to be conscientious consumers. We had a couple vegans in our group and they really catered to make everything vegan so everyone could participate in each part.

We've been wanting to take a chocolate tour in Zurich for a while, but most of them felt very commercial. When we came across the one from DeTours we knew that's the right choice. Diana showed us the way chocolate can be made ethically while keeping the result delicious. A part of the tour was chocolate tasting which we loved the most (for obvious reasons 🤤). It was great to get to know the bean to bar movement and be a part of the change thanks to DeTours. We loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking beyond the chocolate of the big brand names.
