This was one of the strangest travel experiences I've ever had. On the morning of my scheduled 8:30 a.m. tour, I received a message from Charkar at 6:54 a.m. saying, "I just checked. We have no one else that booked for the tour today." I was extremely frustrated because we had carefully planned each day of our vacation, and I had already paid in full. With less than two hours' notice, I felt I had no real choice but to move the tour to the following day, especially since canceling would have meant losing my money. The tour itself was wonderful, thanks entirely to our driver, Vernon (if I remember his name correctly). He was knowledgeable, friendly, took great photos for us, and made the experience enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided. Unfortunately, my interactions with the tour organizer, Charkar, were very uncomfortable. She told me that because there were only three guests on the tour, she wanted to refund my payment and have me pay her in person so she could afford to pay the driver. This immediately raised concerns for me. I had already paid through the booking platform and didn't understand why I was being asked to handle the payment differently, so I declined. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that when we arrived at the restaurant, she pulled me and another guest into a separate room to ask how much we planned to tip. She even suggested tipping $60 or more so the trip would be "worth it" for the driver. I found this to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping should always be left to the guest's discretion and should never be solicited or influenced in this way. While Vernon provided exceptional service, the way the tour was managed left a very negative impression. Because of my experience with the organizer, I would not book with this company again or recommend it to others.

There was no mention in the description of the fact that we would be on the bus for 2.5 hours before we even arrived at the mud bath and then it was all pretty rushed. You rub mud all Over yourself from Buckets and then rinse it off. The waterfall is so small and crammed with people and we were only there for about 15 minutes. The lunch was fine, and then another 1.5 hours on the bus back. Too much bus time and not worth it.

Excellent adventure, we had such a great guide. He took lots of photos for us! Perfect for a group, couple or solo. We had all in our group.

You definitely get your moneys worth with this excursion! 7 hours filled with driving, a waterfall, mud baths, and a lunch that was 10/10 delicious! Just beware of the winding roads. That’s just part of it on the island.

This was one of our favorite experiences on the island. The Sulphur Spring was very relaxing and you can feel the difference in your skin immediately after. Our driver for the day made us feel so comfortable, He took great pictures as well as giving us some recommendations for the island. The lunch was great and the waterfall was beautiful.

Wonderful to get to experience the mud baths, water fall and local lunch and see the beautiful sights of St Lucia along the way. Having a great tour guide made it easy and fun.

This was a great tour with sightseeing. The sulfur spring and waterfall was an incredible experience. Our driver and tour guide were informative, funny and accommodating.

We had such a lovely day, the tour guide Dylan was so friendly and took loads of pics for us. Lunch at Marie’s local cuisine was fantastic! Everyone’s so lovely and the mud baths were great for my sunburn haha

Fantastic excursion! Our guide picked us up at the hotel and had every minute planned including stops during the long drive for photos. The mud and waterfall were so incredible and we ended with a delicious lunch. Yanic is a great guide!

Our tour guide Shaka was very good. Courteous, knowledgeable and easy going. Unfortunately, this is the first tour I’ve taken where I felt the description was intentionally misleading and it was not worth the bang for the buck. It does not include the botanical gardens and we had to pay extra just to tour the volcano included in the tour. The other “pass by” stops are merely overlooks and we almost didn’t stop because the other group members didn’t want to. Disappointed in what you get for the money.
