Pendant ce temps, vous explorerez le meilleur des vins de Santorin tout en découvrant les sites et les paysages les plus précieux de l'île. Vous aurez l'occasion d'être accueillis et de profiter de trois des vignobles les plus distinctifs de l'île. En plus de votre dégustation de vin, vous visiterez les caves et apprendrez comment le vin a été produit, mis en bouteille et vieilli. Nous collaborons avec les meilleurs domaines viticoles des îles. Veuillez noter qu'en fonction des disponibilités et de divers facteurs tels que les conditions météorologiques et les heures d'ouverture, certains domaines viticoles ne seront pas disponibles. Au cours de cette visite, vous profiterez de trois des vignobles les plus distinctifs de l'île. La cave est située très près du port, surplombant la magnifique caldeira de Santorin. Il a été construit en 1947 par la famille Venetsanos et est devenu le premier domaine viticole industriel de l'île.
Ce domaine viticole établi existe depuis des générations. Aujourd'hui dans sa 4ème génération, il produit toujours des vins authentiques et issus des sols volcaniques de Santorin.
Ce domaine viticole est situé sur une plage, à l'est de l'île, entre les hameaux de Kamari et de Monolithos. Son bâtiment industriel en pierre était autrefois une usine de tomates, construite au début des années 1900 et utilisée jusqu'aux années 1970 pour la fabrication de purée de tomates aromatiques à partir de tomates cerises locales. Aujourd'hui, il a été transformé en une cave moderne avec des équipements de haute technologie et des installations de pointe qui garantissent une vinification contemporaine et des conditions idéales pour une production de haute qualité.
Ce domaine viticole a été fondé en 1997 et cultive encore aujourd'hui 10 hectares de vignes dont la plupart sont en agriculture biologique.
Fondée en 1903, la famille Argyros a un héritage viticole qui s’étend sur plusieurs décennies. En tant que plus grand propriétaire privé de vignoble de Santorin, ils détiennent maintenant plus de 120 hectares. niveaux d'acidité et la structure solide.
Ses racines remontent à 1952. Il est inextricablement lié aux vignobles volcaniques et à la tradition viticole de Santorin. De nos jours, leurs vins continuent de gagner des prix lors de concours internationaux et nationaux alors qu'ils sont actuellement le troisième plus grand domaine viticole de Santorin en termes de volume de production.
Il est situé face à la mer, dans la zone du volcan Kolumbo, à Oia.

Certaines parties de Santorin sont construites sur des rues escarpées, ce qui rend le stationnement très difficile, voire impossible. Pour cette raison, il peut arriver que nous ne puissions pas accéder à votre hôtel spécifique, mais nous essaierons de nous rapprocher le plus possible de votre hôtel. If you're in Santorini and thinking about a wine tour, do this one. I booked with Giannis from Wineland Tours having basically no clue about wine, and he completely changed that in a few hours. By the end I could actually pick out the acidity in a glass, tell the different bottles apart, and I finally understood what makes Assyrtiko so special on this island. He explains it in a way that's easy to follow and never makes you feel out of your depth. Whether you're a wine person or a total beginner like I was, you'll get something out of it. Genuinely one of the highlights of the trip 🙏
Yiannis is a friendly and VERY knowledgable level three WSET sommelier. We so appreciated his willingness to have us experience 6+ varieties of grapes from Santorini. We learned so very much about grape growing here And plan to research Greek wine in the USA. What a beautiful island to walk and visit! It is a gem amongst the Greek Islands. Argyris was our wonderful tour guide. So friendly and knowledgeable. He took us first to Koutsogiannopoulos wine museum, which wasn’t the best. Then to to Estate Argyros and last to Venetsanos. All the wineries are paid for once you book this. You could probably ask to go to a different winery or even Santos which is more touristy but it is right next to Venetsanos. Highly recommend using or asking for him to be your guide.
