À l’église Sainte-Euphémie, vous monterez vers le point culminant de Rovinj, où le clocher baroque veille sur la mer. À l’intérieur, la lumière filtre sur la pierre antique, et le sarcophage du saint repose derrière l’autel. Ne sautez pas la montée — la vue est pure magie.
À Balota Beach, vous trouverez des habitants plongeant depuis des rochers, prenant le soleil sur des dalles de pierre chaudes et profitant de l'eau turquoise claire. Ce n’est pas chic, mais plein de caractère. Apportez des chaussures d'eau et ne manquez pas le coucher du soleil — c'est un endroit préféré pour une raison.
À la rue Grisia, vous déambulerez sur une pente pavée bordée de portes colorées, de pots de fleurs et d’artistes montrant leur travail. En août, toute la rue se transforme en foire d'art. Même par temps calme, on se croirait dans une galerie extérieure pleine de charme.
Au vieux port de Rovinj, vous passerez devant des bateaux de pêche, des maisons colorées et des habitants vendant leurs prises du matin. Le mélange de senteurs, de sons et de brise marine donne vie à la ville. Prenez une gelato et trempez dans l'ambiance du port.
Au parc forestier Zlatni Rt, vous vous promènerez sous les grands pins, devant de vieilles villas et des plages sauvages. Jadis retraite privée, c’est aujourd’hui l’évasion verte de la ville. Louez un vélo, apportez un pique-nique ou trouvez votre propre crique tranquille pour vous baigner.

In August I had the chance to visit beautiful Rovinj. I loved it, but I had no idea what to watch. That's why I got a cheap digital guide and that was really useful! I just had to follow the map and I think I saw all the interesting places, without any hassle. I booked directly through the website, but apparently it's even cheaper via Tripadvisor! 😄
It’s a charming and fun tour to immerse yourself a bit deeper in the city’s history and landmarks. We did it with my partner, and it was a great little exploration and experience to look for the next spots, read the descriptions to each other, explore the secret tips... It included recommendations for beaches, special views, bars, restaurants. Such a great idea, we’ll definitely look you guys up during a visit to another city! Thank you for the great time!😊🫶

I love coming to Croatia, and this isn’t my first time in this city. Rovinj is beautiful — and way less overcrowded than Dubrovnik. Here, everything feels simple, pretty and just… pleasant. A big plus for my visit this time was this little guide I found. It made me discover many places I didn’t even know existed (like the stone towers, some hidden bars with beaches,..)— even though I’ve been here several times already. Well done to the team! It really added something extra to my stay.

I’d been told that Rovinj was worth visiting. So I went — and yes, it’s nice — but… what exactly is there to see? What are the highlights? Walking around the old town was great, but I had no idea what I should be looking for. Then I found this top-rated self-guide on TripAdvisor. Perfect. Nothing fancy, but it did the job — it showed all the interesting spots on Google Maps. Super convenient. I’ll definitely use this kind of simple guide again. (@selguide owners, to be improved: Sometime the texts of some locations was not displayed correctly, I had to re-open my google maps to see it. For the rest, nice job tx !)
